I dealt with Stephen Walker and he was very nice and very Professional. He came and looked at my house, talked with my Dad and I for 20 mins after and then went on to the next job. I told him I was looking at 1 other company and he did not rush me or pressure me to go with him. The price was higher than middle, but I feel I got what I paid for and more, but the main reason I went with them is because his customer service was very nice and they were very patient with me. His guys came and had the roof done in a couple hours, and then did the gutters the next day in a couple hours. They were quick

Steve And his crew are very professional, fast, do quality work in minimum time, reliable, and are a breath of fresh air giving honest reasonable prices!
Steve went above and beyond on our roof, and told us after roof was installed that there was a problem with the shingles. He took it upon himself to get shingle manufacturer out to inspect and between Steve and shingle manufacturer, reinstalled new roof and gutters 2 months later. Wow!!
I’ve seen many roof installations and you can tell Steve and his crew are well trained and efficient and fast compared to other crews.

Colorado Best Roofing is such a life saver for me! I live out of state from my commercial property so when I get word that something is in repair all I have to do is call this company. We had some strangely designed and leaky gutters on a home we purchased. Colorado’s Best was able to modify them so they both look better and function properly for a reasonable price. They also gave us a good deal on cleaning the gutters on the same trip. The people we spoke with were all professional and easy to talk to as well.

Steve and his crew are fantastic! If you are looking for honest, quality, professional, dedicated and hard working roofing company, this is the one! We had scheduled our roof replacement, and due to weather, the crew was unable to start on our planned date. On the next clear days, Steve had his crew there with additional personnel to completely finish our job in less than one day to beat the next storm! Steve handled all insurance claim contacts, and went above and beyond when our insurance company had questions.

Steve was great to work with. We had a rush job 2 hours outside of the Denver metro area and they made it happen on time and on budget. We did a full home renovation and i wish all the other contractors were this easy to work with. Great customer service and he takes the time to do it right. This will be my first call next time i need work done.
