It took me 2 months after we moved to write this reviews but it is important that I do it. We just had a baby and my husband said lets hire movers so we do not have to worry about it. However working with mindful movers turned out to be exact opposite rather traumatic move. The first meeting with Richard went well. I wanted to hire someone who would give a quoter after looking at the inventory. He mentioned a lot of “protocols” they follow during packing, moving and unpacking. On the day of packing it was a CHAOS. They broke and expensive wall clock and dis not even say sorry let alone pay

Poor quality. We made a reservation for move last week and the mover neither did show up nor attend my calls on the day of move. We had to hire same day movers on the spot, and pay 50% more premium. The move was so messed up , so that furniture was spread all around to meet our move out deadline. I'm sure I will spend the next 3 months searching for items all around the house. There was no call further to explain the absence. Very unprofessional.. Stay away

Ritchie and his brother are the best! I’m going through a contentious divorce and advised Ritchie of the situation when I booked him. Ritchie could NOT have been more sweet and protective of me during the entire process. He called several times to confirm the move date and location and assured me that he would guarantee my safety. Ritchie and his… brother made sure that one of them were with me at all times and I was never left alone or in danger. We had a great experience with Mindful Movers. Richie and his team are amazing. They were early to the job site and they loaded our 24 foot truck in about three hours. They were respectful with our household goods and friendly to work with. I’ve moved dozens of times in my life and these guys are pros.

Richie and his team are true to the term “Mindful Moving.” They are strong and efficient and always careful and mindful of the fragile pieces. Richie Flores and his crew will help with any kind of move. He will pack and unpack your stuff for you and keep your belongings safe and undamaged. Moving is super stressful but Richie does an incredible job and makes you feel comfortable with the entire experience. I recommend him to all my friends and they will use his services time and time again. He's more than a mover, he's a peacemaker, a hard worker, yoga fanatic, mountain bike lover, dog lover and my dear friend!

I've used Mindful Moving three times. Richie and his crew are always wonderful to work with and careful with my things. Richie is also very generous with supporting people in his community, whether he's driving down to help flood survivors or teaching meditation or leading the yoga ride. I can't recommend this company more highly.

Ritchie and his crew from beginning to end were pleasant, professional and a total joy to work with. They treated every piece they moved - from a crazy heavy sofa to an inconsequential bag of pillows - with care and respect. Their prices are reasonable and their work is top notch. Not only is he an incredibly nice human being, he is as careful with furniture as he is strong. He and one of his crew members moved my wife and I across town and while we're not a family of five, we have our fair share of junk. Absolutely none of it was… damaged — the expensive items were wrapped in furniture pads and blankets to ensure its safety.
I could go on but there's really no point. Richie Flores is the guy. I will call him the next time I move and I will hope that he's available.
