For many of us, our household possessions are the most precious and sentimental items we own and often these items hold an emotional value that is priceless. When you are moving, it is critical to work with a moving company that understands the importance of moving your valuables with respect and proficiency.
You have three (3) options available to cover loss and/or damages during your move. If you wish to use Option 2, arrangements must be made at least 48 hours before the move begins. All moves are covered by the standard liability (valuation) for the industry, which is $0.60 per pound per article. This will apply to truck/trailer and labor moving services.
Identify the keys areas you frequent the most and what price you would like to spend each month for your new apartment or home? This will allow you to select an area of town that is convenient to either work or nightlife and still fits into your budget. Will I like garden style or loft style apartments, high-rise/mid-rise condos, townhouses or home for rent?
Make sure to have an inventory of the items being transported. This will insure that all the items moved will be accounted for at the new location. Our movers will go over the list and point out any goods that are damaged prior to moving. Bubble wrap is useful for large and expensive items such as: TVs, stereo equipment, dining and bedroom furniture.
You will have many choices of household goods movers. Since the prices and services offered vary from mover to mover you may want to shop around before hiring a mover. Additionally, you may wish to call TxDOT to verify whether your mover is properly registered. TxDOT can also give information about the mover's complaint history and annual report.

Booked a move with this company and it was so easy! The booking process was much simpler than with other companies. Great price, it was exactly as advertised and no unexpected fees at the end. During the move, the legs on my tv broke. The owner, Anderson, and Juan were so nice in working with me to get them replaced and reimbursed me for the new legs. Super responsive and everything went as hoped on moving day. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone! Thanks so much!

I am really thrilled with the moving services provided by iwantmovers.com. My son got a job in Austin and we had a very short time period in which to move him from Dallas to Austin. We were going to rent a U-Haul and hire movers in Dallas to load the truck and movers in Austin to unload the truck same day. But when I spoke with Juan about what I was trying to accomplish, he gave me a flat rate to do the whole move. It might have been slightly cheaper to do it my way, but not having to go through the process of renting and returning a U-Haul and driving the truck and another car down to Austin

Great communication, great rates, great packing, and great service! All around really glad we chose to use iWantMovers. We found them via Yelps quote tool. They were super quick to respond and had the best rates.
Don't be fooled by others who have a 3hr min, charge double for drive times, or add a fee for an extra stop. These guys keep it straight, work hard, and we're very friendly. They also packed the van very well. Super careful of our fragile items.

Great experience with this company. Very professional and took time to make sure not to damage anything during the move. Very quick response time with the quote and the process was very smooth. They also had the best pricing by far of anyone else I called in the North Dallas area. Would definitely recommend.

Best movers! Responded rapidly as I had an urgent need - my movers had cancelled on me, and "I want movers" (Aka AP moving) came to my rescue. They sent 2 guys who did what 4 guys from other companies couldn't do. They were very nifty, and cooperative, and helped us completely set every piece of new furniture in the new place. They took great care of everything and double / triple packed and protected it. My hats off to them.

Anderson, Jonathan and crew were wonderful!They were flexible and able to get my move done a day early. We had them set up in the wrong rooms initially, and were even able to get them back in at a nominal fee a day later to switch our office/bedroom arrangement around. They were courteous, hard working, diligent, very careful with our things, a joy to work with, and helpful! We used them for packing services as well (I will never pack myself again - ever!), and while I don't think they pack as often as others I've used, they took very good care of our things, and we didn't have anything
