In 1978, Sandra and I relocated to the Marble Falls community and opened Ken's Heating And Air Conditioning. With my experience and personal contacts in the air conditioning business. I was able to locate the best products and prices and extend those products to area residents. After 36+ years and a 2nd generation of family ownership, we still strive to offer our many, many friends and customers the best values in the industry.

After getting sub-service from two other companies, I called Mitsubishi and they recomended Ken's. I called and they were very courteous, and made an appointment with me. I received a phone call the morning of my appointment to confirm the tech would be here. Ivan arrived on time and took a look at the unit, within minutes he had a good idea of what was wrong. I took him about an hour and a half to have my unit working correctly again. I was impressed because two other companies came and looked at it and could not figure out what was wrong, neither returned to complete the repair, or even

5 Stars to Kens Heating and Air in Marble Falls TX.
I purchased a premium York air conditioner 3 years ago from a different AC company. It was working with the exception the thermostat displayed Error Faults 3 to 5 times daily. Even with all the error faults it still kept on cooling my house. But 2 or 3 times a year it would stop working completely and I'd have to call the original installer (Not Ken's) to perform warranty work. He would scratch his head because he couldn't find anything wrong and than reset the system which would work for a few months and considered it fixed. He quit taking my
