I had called a few other locksmith right before so I could compare prices and wait time…. The others were so much more expensive and had longer wait times …. Not to mention the process to get a quote was time consuming… called this place and got a good price quick and simple …. My car was unlocked within the next 20 min!!! Aaron is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! I had to have my locks rekeyed in the middle of the night due to unforeseen circumstances and Aaron came to my rescue!!! He was very diligent and professional when he got here…even explained step by step what he was doing.

Car lockout on the UES on a Wednesday morning. High stress situation as I was in a ticketing zone and the meter maids were on the prowl. After unsuccessful efforts to fix the problem myself I called this locksmith as they have the ability to handle car lockouts. They took my name and number and sent a crew of two guys. They arrived quickly within ten minutes and had the car open inside of five minutes. They have tools to gently pry open the door and then slip in a Jimmy rod that can open the door from the inside. No damage done.

The young man who showed up was very polite, and Knowledgeable, since my only key had some how grown legs and run off without me, while cost seemed a bit high to me it was worth every penny. I have to say that I have been looking for this car most of my life. Locked myself out of my truck without a spare later in the evening hours. Express locksmith responded in a timely manner, arrived and had my truck unlocked in under an hour from my initial call! Very professional and even gave me informative suggestions on how to prevent this from happening again! No hidden fees or unexpected charges that were not expressed in the brief phone call! No scratches or damage to the vehicle!

I recently moved and needed my deadbolt re-installed. I called Express Locksmith and inquired about what I needed. They were very efficient! Before confirming an appointment/cost of service, they made sure they were able to help me out (I texted an image of my door and the lock unit). I appreciated that a lot. Rude, abrasive, altogether mean. Do not use this company. I had found a locksmith that would do mine for 130 and he quoted me for 185. I asked if he would match it and I would use his and he refused despite the fact that I was missing my best friends wedding in which I was made of honor. No compassion, for a measly $55. You know he could've lowered the price and I was literally down the street from them. Again if you don't enjoy being around that business people that can't help in mitigating circumstances. I was stuck inside my apartment late for work and when I called around desperately, Express Locksmith was the fastest response time to come and rescue me. Also, I found other companies rather gruff, curt and not very friendly but the dispatcher as well as the locksmith were very friendly and nice people. Rom was cheerful and communicative and happy to come quickly to my aid. I hope I won't need them again but if I do I'll call express Locksmith & Security - they definitely had express service, and friendly too!

What can I say.... It's amazing that I manage to loose my keys again and again.. But it's more amazing that there is Engels that can pop like a spring in the middle of the night and rescue you.
Had a great night with my team and probably too much yeger... My wife was the designated driver but who knows where the keys are, all I wanted is too sleep.
I researched for locksmith and express was the only one willing to jump to task ! Many heard it's a Range Rover but couldn't handle and some just ignore me.
The technician Rom came on time with good spirit and went right to work

I was locked out and so I called Express locksmith--they got there so quickly I couldn't believe it and then I was in the apartment in less than 15 minutes. These guys know what they are doing with their hardware. They were able to consult with me on my different options for the door and to technically explain what they had to do with the door itself which I am grateful for!

He did a clean professional job and got me in 10 minutes in my apt.the dispatcher gave me an estimate price over the phone and there were no much surprise when the job was done .i was glad to get fast professional and kind service in the middle of the night..hopefully is the last time,but if will be next time no doubt who I'm gonna call.

The absolute worst experience of a vendor EVER!
When he first arrived I was told he would charge me $50 for the 'emergency call' and $225 to get into the door. To which I responded all right so about $200 all up - and he agreed. After getting into my apartment things quickly changed. Getting into my apartment went up to $250 and installing a new lock, because he busted up the front door plate and the medeco lock he had to replace it with Jimmy proof lock that now 235.
He broke his drill bit the reason he said he could not do a better job having the door and lock meet up properly. Called
