I had an antique case with an old lock and no key. Access Locksmith was incredibly helpful and friendly, trying multiple approaches to solve my problem -- and not stopping until it was a success! Only charged me a small fee for the trouble. Super nice and welcoming, great to have in the neighborhood. Would recommend!

These guys are amazing. I snapped my key in half completely on accident and no one in the city was able to help me out. They either didn't have the right keys or didn't have the ability to fix/copy. Rich helped me in a matter of minutes, I tested the keys out and both are even smoother than the original. No waiting, good prices, everything was resolved within moments and they were extremely kind along the way! Nothing but good things to say about these guys :)

I went to three places to have a mailbox key copied before Access Locksmith. The first place told me they could make the copy, however the key did not work. The next place told me they weren't sure, but would refund me if it didn't work. They had to refund me. Finally, Home Depot told me they definitely couldn't make the key, but Access Locksmith could.
I promised Access Locksmith that if they could make the copy, I would write a good review. Here it is. The key not only worked as promised, but it was quick and affordable! Thank you!

I have had many issues with locksmiths in the past. Sometimes a key is cut that doesn't match what I want, sometimes what looks like the right key is not a good match... this is none of those. Every single time I have gone to Access Locksmith, my keys are done expertly and perfectly. I no longer even have to bring my original as a backup when testing the copy for the first time, because they are that good! Work is done quickly, always a match for the keys, tons of options for decorative keys, chains, etc. When they relocated to 6th ave from around the corner on 23rd street, I almost cried

Here's a response that should be easy to memorize - "I'm sorry, I don't have a blank that matches your key. I can't help you."
Instead, he cut a key then charged me for it and when I looked at it, it was obviously not the same as my original.
And of course it doesn't work.
That is not smart business.

Outstanding service, As a independent contractor I've searched for months to replace a broken truck key, NO ONE DOES THIS SERVICE, these guys do, was working in there neighborhood and stumbled upon this gem of a business, auto key replaced for $45.00 great value ( I produced my own blank from dealer) I have already referred business to these guys, I strongly recommend them and look forward to doing business with them again in the near future

I was in a pinch. Lock busted in the morning and couldn't lock my door. Called this place and a few others for a quote. Judged them all buy response time, price and professional attitude. Rene and Rich were the best in all categories. I did pick a very expensive solution from Multilock so it was costly, but knowing from research, the price was reasonable and the service was great.

I called Access after seeing all the good reviews on yelp. I wanted to have a high security deadbolt installed on my door, the apartment I moved into didn't have one.
When I called to schedule the appointment, I asked how much it would cost and they me it would be $258.50 for the lock to be installed on a metal door. I asked if they took credit cards and he said yes, so I scheduled and appointment for 10am on Saturday morning.
At 10:20 no one had come yet, so I called them. The guy called me at 10:45 and said that he got hung up and was going to come to me next, in about 30 min. I had another

Awesome service, definitely cheaper than the home depot down the street. No lie, these guys had every lock available. Have I gone back? Yes! Will I go back again? Without a doubt! These guys were fast and helpful and made sure I had the necessary keys that I needed prior to leaving. They even made sure to explain how multi-lock works and how you'll need a specific card to duplicate. In fact, they informed me that if you lose your key, you can just bring the multi-lock card and have them make another copy for you based on the card.
