First let me say the office person Vicky was very rude. Trying to confirm an appt through our Home Warranty she was not listening and under her breath said "oh my God" when I was trying to tell her we wouldn't be home at the time assigned. The tech was nice and hardworking but the problem they were just out for a "preventative service" and the former tech didn't diagnose the clogged line. He basically did a drive by and then it stopped working so he blamed the clog on construction we had done 9 months ago. These folks need training on Customer Service and thorough

This company charge me over 9000 for a new unit. 1 yesr later I am having issues with the unit. They came during a 6 month check up the guy did nothing and said the unit was fine. I called because I'm having issues with it cutting off again and the manager is rude. She made me wait the entire weekend before anyone would come out to check the unit. I regret the day I paid all this money. I could have paid 5000 and took my chances with oth with other companies. It is disgusting the way they treat you once they have their money. Super friendly until the check is cashed and the 1 year warranty is expired

This company is ridiculous! They don't follow through with service. We had air until the technician came here then it stopped working. Then they didn't do the work to get the authorization for the warranty company to approve the part. We are now with out air and I can't speak to a supervisor or owner and are left without air. This is all after my husband spoke to them at 2 and they said they were waiting on the warranty company. When in fact they had not even sent to work order to the warranty company! We have a home warranty with First American. When I put in a service request about our AC, they assigned it to Air Zone Air Conditioning and Heating. They did an AMAZING job! Our AC was shot and had to be replaced. Ron came out on Monday, gave us a quote and the unit was installed on Tuesday. Everyone from the lady answering the phone to Brandon and Rich that installed our new unit was fantastic! If you have AC issues, you need to contact this company. They are great!

Stay far far away from this company. They damaged my air handler during a service visit and left it leaking all over ceiling above the garage. The damage was severe enough to soak a 15ft area of the ceiling of the garage under the unit in.
We got involved with these bozos when they came out over a year ago as a dispatch from the home warranty company to fix a minor AC issue. They sold us on a maintenance policy and told us as 'Preferred customers" we would get service whenever needed quickly and that they where a 24/7 service provider.

My A/C failed during a period of lightning strikes, and I have a "Home Warranty" policy company who sent "James" from AIRZONE out to examine the problem. Seemed to be a nice guy, who impressed upon me that he cared and I could trust him. He said it was a power surge, probably from lightning, and that it was a Homeowner's Insurance issue. They denied my claim; but James insisted that they were wrong, and said he had a legal contact who could help me. He said to expect a call real soon. That was over 3 weeks ago. I have received no such call, and James has not responded

Do not use this company. The owner has no respect for his customers. If he speaks to customers the way he does I can only imagine how he treats his employees. I had them out for a repair paid for the repair that was supposed to be warrantied for 30 days. Same issue was occurring so called them back. They said that is was a separate issue. They broke my pipes in the wall and left the pipe disconnected from the other side so obviously I still had a leaking A/C. I called the owner to discuss the issue and dissatisfaction and he did not return my call. So I will tell all of you to steer clear of this

I purchased an HVAC from Air Zone for $5000. Three years later I am $2000 deep in repairs to it. At any time the company could have checked to see if any of the issues that I was having were caused by the unit that they installed or the installation by their technicians but they chose to forgo all of that and just keep billing me instead. When I asked if we could check to see if any of these issues were caused by faulty installation or a faulty product, they told me that I would accrue hundreds more dollars in diagnostic tests. Stay away! PERIOD! Their "technician" Shane is a deceptive, high pressure salesman and not a technician. I wonder how many unsuspecting customers he's taken for a ride.
MO#1:Tried to sell me into getting the TXV fixed for $1595 (when in fact there wasn't anything wrong with it as per the other company whom I called after I showed this "technician" the door. It was never tampered with either as he reported to the warranty company).
MO#2: Claimed that TXV needs to be fixed before he can even touch the blower motor which he wanted to sell to me for $735 or I can simply

I had a new Trane system installed for air zone a little over 3 years ago. I usually only change the a.c. filter every month. Well I noticed some condensation on one my ducts. I called my home warranty company, they sent a tech from a different company out. He informed me the problem was the improperly installed plenum. I am very disappointed with air zone. I called them and they totally are no help and full of excuses.

When you get that gut feeling something just isn't right trust it. I was going to have this company replace my compressor but their labor cost to do so seemed quite outrageous. I decided to get 3 more quotes and they all where HALF of what these people quoted me yes HALF. Make sure you check other places and get quotes before hiring any company to do work. I will not refer this one for sure.

First guy says it is the compressor. Another tech shows up days later with compressor. Test unit and states I have TOO MUCH COOLANT and releases no telling how much out into the atmosphere. Then proceeds to tell me it's the duct work
Crew is deceptive
Feel as if they cause more problems than resolve
Ongoing issues since Memorial Day. They cannot return phone calls but of course they want $$$ up front.
I also notice that they have two yelp accounts
