We looked for a company to install a new intercom and camera system in our Bulding. We initially chose a different company which was the lowest bid. This company disappeared in the middle of the project leaving us with no intercom / cameras for a week. We called non stop and they came the following day and by the end of the week we were all set. Yes nonstop were priced much higher but after dealing with the lowest bid and comparing I was happy with the results and felt very comfortable with price compare to quality. Thank you nonstop for saving our building. Money well spent!!!!

They did good work and completed it in a timely manner, however they both upsold and up-charged my uninformed tenant. What could have been a possible fix, basic entry knob and deadbolt replacement ended up with replacing all locking hardware with a high end smart lock (which was also marked up an extra $150 from Amazon), security skid plate, credit card processing fee, etc. totalling close to $800!! Unfortunately the job was done without approval (which is not their fault). Shop around, double check and get some comparative quotes to be safe.

Very reliable; showed up on time, provide stellar service both in quality as well as speed, and communicated very well. The locksmith even called me with an exact ETA so I would not be caught waiting for him. Was able to clearly explain and show me his work, and all keys/locks were replaced with no issue.

Got a second key for my car made here in-and-out in 20 minutes. The key is aftermarket (a real key would've been close to the dealers price) and I do have some annoying issues with it, like having to click multiple times most of the time and my car not always recognizing it when I go to open the door with the key in my pocket (keyless). I might be selling my car soon so I'm unsure if I'll be asking my credit card about an extended warranty for it because they only give a two-week guarantee and I got it fixed before a trip. I originally contacted this company because I was desperately trying to figure out how our condo board would get access to make Mul-T-Lock keys. The prior board had passed them out, and the new board had no idea where the key code was to copy more once a tenant lost both of her keys. My husband and I locked ourselves out by accident while walking the dog one night. After calling several places that were all closed already, we found Nonstop.
Within 15 minutes of calling, a tech was at our building and got us back in to our apartment and checked out in less than 10 minutes.
I am for sure keeping their number on hand in case this happens again, and if you accidentally lock yourself out, definitely give this company a call asap.

Sorry but this company doesn't care if you do business with them. I've attempted to do business with them a few times and they don't follow through on their commitments. The front desk staff have overall confusion as to where a quote would be in the process and don't seem to be able to communicate with the technicians to get a customer an answer. I'm heading back to the drawing board and will need to find a different locksmith.

These guys are organized, responsible, and prompt. Got a next day appointment with a two hour window and Ian the Rep called me in the middle of the window to let me know he'd be there in 30 minutes. Troubleshooted our intercom/buzzer problems promptly and fixed them all cleanly and quickly.

They replaced the electric strikes on our front gate and front door last summer. Within 15 months both had failed again. Of course, neither under warranty - in fact, there is no warranty on the receipt. I asked about it and they said something lame like 60 days. Called a different locksmith and they said that the parts that were used were the cheapest, lowest quality ones on the market. $600 in repairs that lasted 15 months or less. Won't be using them again.

I'd like to give a positive review, but my experience has made that impossible.
I ordered a door handle in July 2018. Several months later, I got a call saying it was in and I went to pick it up, but it was the wrong one so they reordered it. Several months after that, they called again saying it was in. I went to pick it up, but again it was the wrong one, so they reordered it again.
After hearing nothing from them, in February and March 2019, I sent six emails asking for a status update. They responded one time telling me that they would call within a few days. I have yet to receive

I bought a new Nest Smartlock to replace my deadbolt, but the existing hole was too small to fit the Nest lock. So I called Nonstop locksmith because they had done some work for me before and did a really good job.
As expected, they did a fantastic job. Showed up early; technician was very professional and worked quickly and efficiently to complete the task. I needed to install a new lock in one of my apartment buildings. The previous lock had been installed incorrectly (by another locksmith); the bracket was set in too deep and it was not engaging with the lock. Unfortunately the lock also had to be replaced as the tenants had damaged it over the years when trying to lock it. The locksmith (Bill) spent a great deal of time installing a new bracket using a shim and extra long screws to be sure it would hold in place. I was very impressed with how conscientious he was. He also re-keyed another lock that was not turning correctly.
