Their name says it all!... I received speedy replies to my inquiry for a quote and received speedy service to have my car unlocked. Jonathon replied to my emails within minutes and he showed right on time as he stated. The quoted price was also better by almost half of what other locksmith companies wanted. The best part of all was that he came out to the west loop at midnight and my car was unlocked in minutes. I want to give them a positive review, it seems like a lot of people liked them, but they were no shows for me. I've now called them 3 times to no answer and it's been over 30 minutes since I was supposed to hear from them. If you're calling a locksmith, you're probably in a pickle, so I'd go with someone that will be there when they said they would be.

Amazing! He was here almost immediately, VERY speedy! Extremely curtious and polite. Not only did he manage to get the broken key out but also cleaned and repaired everything to ensure it wouldn't happen again. Could not be more pleased! Although they were able to help us out I'm disappointed in the discrepancy of price quoted when I called...my 75 year old father locked himself out of his running car. I called, described the situation and the car year, model, everything. I was quoted $85. I had to leave for an appointment - when I called my dad he said the guy was here in about 25 minutes or so and charged him $95 plus $19. I called back the next day to ask about the difference in price quoted vs. billed price. I was told the $85 was just an estimate. I was not told that when I called and I was not notified of the service

A long long time ago I was mugged and had my keys taken. Worst part of the experience was being locked out of my apartment afterward. Phone was also taken, so at 4 AM borrowing a neighbor's phone I tried calling for a locksmith. Some went to voicemail, some told me they couldn't get there until 9AM or later.
When I called 24/7 Speedy Locksmith, the difference was night and day. Immediately I had someone there to first open the door then rekey all my locks so I could be safe in my home. Fantastic customer service, unbeatable price, I couldn't ask for more.
