I was very excited when I saw that there was someone who could help me with my car situation who lived right around the corner of my house, but when I called on December 20 the receptionist told me that I would receive a call back within a few minutes. I never received that call. Then I called the following day, December 21 I was told the same thing , this time I received a call from a technician who seemed very confused when I was telling him the year, make and model.(which is a 2002 Chrysler voyager ) The technician kept telling me it was a Volkswagen not a Chrysler. Loosing a FOB is expensive. Dealers charge are crazy. These carketyPRO guys are really nice, super competent and are close to half dealer cost. I recommend them highy. We had a terrific experience, getting our Highlander back working with two FOBs and an emergency key cut for the programmed replacement FOB. All were new and work fine.

Just about the best possible experience you could ask for in getting a duplicate key made. My vehicle is particularly notorious for requiring specialized equipment in order to get additional keys made (2011 Range Rover), and Yanir was able to get it done in about 10 minutes flat.

My service technician (Adam) was wonderful. He contacted me to let me know the amount of time it would take to get to me, again to update me with an ETA, and then we set about replacing my lost Nissan Altima Key Fob. He knew exactly what he was doing, quickly opening up the car and programming the new remote key to the car system. I called and emailed at least 12 different automotive locksmiths in Chicago and they were the second lowest in cost, but the other low quoting locksmith didn't get back to me for almost 18 hours!

I called the guy, we set the day and time, we made the deal and agreed to an specific price, the technician showed up with incomplete documents, even he did not have his valid driving license. So, the impound staff didn't allow him to go inside the Pound (he was supposed to go to pound to make the duplicate key for my car). He made me to bring my car outside the pound to pay extra $ to the tow truck. Why he did not bring the proper and valid documents in the first place, so he left me there stranded and helpless. And never picked up my call, so it was last day to release the car so i had to
