Chitown Locksmith

I had a terrible experience with a company I called, 24 Hr Locksmith. They wanted to charging me over 1,000 to change a lock. Because I did not agree with their price, they purposely destroyed my lock. Locking my tenants out. Chitown Lock was on time, explained the problem and fix it right away. They charges me a reasonable price. Locksmith was pleasant, knowledgeable and very friendly. I will never call anyone else to do any work for me. Chitown is the company to call without them ripping you off. Excellent service and work well done. Thank you. P.S. save yourself time and money, do not call anyone

Incredible response and service. Realized I didn’t have my keys. Called and the response time was less than 20 minutes after I called to the time it took for one of the locksmiths (Ken) to show up and the door was unlocked without being damaged in a matter of 15 seconds. Great experience and highly recommend!

I would give these guys 10 stars if I could. I got locked out of my house while on vacation and got home to discover this after a 12 hour flight home. I was so frazzled and these guys listened to me and sent someone over within 15 minutes. I was in my house in 2 seconds. They were very professional and got the job done quickly. Great overall service.

This place went above and beyond and saved us! We lost the only key to our car at Montrose beach on a summer evening, and they were one of the only companies to respond. They texted us throughout to tell us when our locksmith was on the way.
We originally had challenges with the design of the car (not their fault) and thought we would have to tow it, but they kept working on it until it was resolved. They told us they would have another guy come before they made us tow it!! He didn’t have to come (thankfully) but it made us feel secure that they would do whatever it took to get our car up and

Used him for my wife's 2013 Durango. He programmed and made a new key fob, 3 months later the key wouldn't work and was unprogrammed. I had to tow the vehicle home and when we reached out to get the issue resolved he sent us to another person who was completely rude about the situation and wanted to charge us for a new key. When we tried reaching out again he ignored our calls. Would not recommend save yourself the hassle and money and go somewhere else.

Jr is a BEAST!! Came to my house when I needed a new key for my car and didn't charge me an arm and a leg. Highly recommend! I even ended up getting a 2nd car done and he came back the next day with no problem. Great affordable prices!!

Honestly, he was extremely professional and he didn’t mess up my locks in the process of getting me back into my home and the new keys he made for my locks worked better than the original ones! I will be referring him to people that may need his services in the future. I’m happy I decided to use this locksmith service over an other ones!
