I called to have a new deadbolt installed figuring that I would have to wait for the new year and to my surprise they said they could have someone out same day. Moe was great came in and out my new smart lock in without any issues. I had another company out and they said they couldn’t install it because my door jam was metal.

Thanks to Matt for a great, friendly, professional job well done fixing our broken gate. He was able to assess what we needed and get the job done quickly so our building is well secured. When I called Chicago Locksmiths the 1st point of contact was wonderful. She asked all the correct questions. I was supposed to get a call back but I waited about 17 minutes and called again. A different Operator apologized for the wait then reached out to the Driver which followed up with a called to let me know how far away here was. 10 minutes later Oscar arrived. He opened the car in less than 5 minutes. He was really cool. We chatted a bit about how I got locked out. We compared prices in Chicago versus the Suburbs. The Price was better than I expected. $25 - $35 less than what I have come

Matt from Chicago Locksmiths rekeyed our new condo's deadbolts and door knobs. He did a great job and was professional and courteous. He was running behind schedule and called before the originally-scheduled window to let me know he would be late. I will use Chicago Locksmiths if I need locksmith services in the future.

Great Company, my car would not operate and I thought it was my key fob. Robert from Chicago Locksmiths came out promptly and worked hard to make me keys to my car door , which I no longer had. He then determined it was not the fob that was the problem and that probably it was my car battery and assisted me with this as well. Thank you Robert with minivan license "Car Keys" and thanks Chicago Locksmith for saving the day!!!

I chose Chicago Locksmiths based on their high Yelp reviews. Making an appointment over the phone was quick and easy. They were able to schedule me the following day at a convenient time with my work schedule. Andre called me 30 min before my 2 hour time frame started. He confirmed my location and how to enter my building. Once he arrived, we discussed the type of lock I wanted, and then he went straight to work. Andre is friendly, polite, and diligent. He made obtaining a new deadbolt lock a very positive experience for me. I would highly recommend Andre and Chicago Locksmiths.

Went in yesterday for a key replacement, and I know I will be back if I ever need any other locksmith services! The girl working the counter was super knowledgeable about the different kinds of keys they can replace, and ended up giving me a key replacement for free! I could not be more pleased! They cut my key, and gave me a discount. We spoke about their processes and I saw first hand their commitment to their customers. I was beyond happy with this. I got locked out of my apartment building the night before thanksgiving and they responded instantly and sent Gabriel their tech, instantly. I had to have my parents who were being difficult pay for the situation and not only did Gabriel sit and calm me through it, he still gave me an amazing break for what it should have cost. These people genuinely care about your situation and the techs like Gabriel will sit with you to get it sorted. Couldn't feel more confident.

I was referred by a friend to Chicago Locksmiths and I see why! They were fantastic! I got locked out of my apartment on my way to dinner. In a panic, I called my friend to cancel dinner and she insisted I call the locksmith near her office and referred me here. She said they were great and I'd probably still be able to make dinner. I have known shai and his co. For many years, and there is one thing for certain. Shai and he's staff of well trained technicians and dispatchers.
