Broadway Furniture sells everything you'd need to furnish your home. That includes beds, of course. But what a lot of our customers don't realize is that we provide as wide of a selection of beds as stores that only sell them do. In other words, in addition to all the wonderful furniture items you'll find at Broadway Furniture in Tigard, you'll also find an excellent selection of beds - a selection that rivals bigger bed stores.
These are some of the most popular items in our showroom. It's easy to see why. Functional and fun with charm and rugged durability to match, cabinet beds are a versatile addition to any bedroom. Children especially love them - and so their parents do as well! They're also exceptionally designed for guest beds.
Although the terms are often used interchangeably, for the most part, a chest of drawers is made up of nothing but drawers. A dresser, meanwhile, usually consists of drawers plus an attached mirror. We had been looking for a sofa for nearly a month. We decided to head outside of Portland on a Thursday, and Broadway Furniture was our first stop. Broadway has a great selection of ALL types of furniture and decor, especially sectional couches, which is what we have been looking for. Quality furniture and great prices. Linda helped us with ideas and selection but didn't hover, just made herself available when needed. We ordered furniture in Jan and were given an estimated delivery date of March. We were willing to wait. It is now May and we still don't have our furniture. We are very unhappy with this wait time. They are not proactive in communication. I've had to call several times to get status updates and they just respond with "We'll call you when it gets here." But they don't really have a system to tell them when it's going to get there.
I will say that the day we were in the store was very positive. The sales person was helpful, the products and prices were great

Save yourself the headache and stay away. Worst customer service we've ever received. Items will sit in their store for months till you whole order is complete before they ship to you. No communication to you either of if and when your items will arrive and when you call to check you are treated like an idiot and belittled by rude sales people

I don't wanna be too harsh because I didn't actually buy anything but I think the salesman here need to be way less pushy. The guy followed me around the whole time hounding me and trying to sell everything. It was probably just trying to be helpful and sell some furniture in these hard times but come on just let people shop around a little please without hounding them.

I had a very good experience yesterday at Broadway Furniture. It was my third visit to the store in Tigard. I have trouble picking out furniture and have had difficulty in the past choosing a couch. It's such a big decision -- and you have to live with that decision as the centerpiece of your living room for a long time! I wish I could give Broadway Furniture a 10 star review! My boyfriend and I found a couch that we loved there a few months back and when we finally came around to buying it it was out of stock but Ken ordered it for us right away! When it came to delivering it - we live in a townhouse with a ton of stairs but Ken and the boys were so amazing and helpful! When they realized it wouldn't fit through our front door they had the whole team come around our back patio and they lifted it up over the balcony and into our living room! They really were super hero's and they saved the day! I wish

Amazing! Fantastic selection, beautiful pieces, great prices, and some of the best customer service I've encountered. I was looking for a pretty specialized piece of furniture (curved sofa, about 9 feet across), and not only did Ken have options for me to test out on the floor -- most furniture places would require me to special-order something before finding out whether I liked sitting on it -- but they had one that was just perfect. And for an incredibly fair price! I went off to look at other stores after that first visit, because Broadway had been my first stop, and oh boy, nowhere else

I really like when you find things when you really least expect and Broadway is cut out for that! My daughter found a really cool and rustic wooden bench along with a 1960ish end table for under $200 on our first trip here a few weeks ago.
I like Ken's interesting balance here- you can find standard and low key furniture pieces- the same way you can find contemporary ones too- you just have to kinda look in all the nooks because you'd be surprised with what you might find. Owner- Ken was nice enough to hold my daughter's two pieces and pick them on our second leg of our Portland

My wife and I had a very positive experience with our purchase of two living room chairs. The chairs were a special order and the factory shipped the wrong items. The staff at Broadway went out of their way to make things right and keep us up to date on the progress. We have nothing but praise for Linda who helped us with our initial order and for Shawn and Ken who aggressively followed up with the factory. We now have our chairs and we really like them. We would not have any reservations recommending Broadway furniture to our friends and family.
