I would give a zero star if available. This is the most incompetent business I have ever worked with. They lost my daughters painting, tv, lamp and broke her dishes. Took a month to find the painting, 2 months to find the lamp and the tv was never recovered. Correspondence was poor. Never would return my calls or email. We would text, call and email almost daily and speak to them occasionally when they would answer the phone. Took over 3 months for them to finally agree to pay for the tv. I am still being billed for a unit I cancelled months ago after repeatedly asking them to cancel. I had to

Worst experience ever.. They act professional, timely, courteous when coming in to give an estimate, don't be fooled!! This was our 5th move and was my only bad moving experience.. it was a double move meaning it was moved to a storage unit and then moved again to our home after closing. To start, they pack incredibly slow and wayyy too talky instead of packing..they asked for tip after EACH leg of the move.. not compulsory they say but they hover over you basically telling you the moving guys who do the labor don't get paid enough and rely on tips blabla so of course I'm gonna be

They used to be good. Used them for my move earlier this year and my experience was a total nightmare. Not only did they charge me $300 over quoting, but the two guys took over 7 hours to move items from a two bedroom apartment to another two bedroom apartment. Not only that, but they made us sign their insurance, then after breaking some of our stuff they told us that if we packed it, they can't insure it.
They then offered to take some of our antiques and repair them, but I had to fight tooth and nail to get my items back from them, by contacting them for roughly two months without a response

Total train wreck from start to finish. First they just straight up didn't show up to the move. I called every hour and didn't get a response for 4 hours. I wasted an entire day waiting for them and stuck in limbo. Then they said they would do the move for me the next morning. They eventually arrived late morning but were very slow and didn't put things together at my house.
I had used a different mover to move my stuff into an apartment 2 months ago. The exact same stuff somehow cost me 50% more to move even after they gave me a discount.
Not good value. They don't respond

I have moved many times, locally, inter-state, and to Europe and back. Covered wagon was the most efficient moving company I have ever used. They were not just nice on the front end trying to get my business. They followed through with timely communication, and sent a crew that was careful, methodical, courteous, and very honest with their timing. They did not waste any time and I ended up paying fair price for a great service. I highly recommend this company.

Looks these guys just killed it. Highly communicative during booking, responsive and flexible as we nailed everything down. Day of move couldn't have gone better. While we felt disheveled and unorganized, they weren't fazed by anything. They did so many little things that made a big difference...tightening feet on dressers, carefully placing each piece, mindful of every step. This team was A+. In fact we're planning on hiring them again to get our remaining pieces to our storage unit also. Super pleased.

1st scheduled day said truck out of service, ok fine, understandable, rescheduled for another day for 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM arrival time, got a call at 1:00 PM on moving day saying new arrival time is 4:00 PM, i said ok fine, cannot call another company for same day moving, one hour later got a call saying arrival time maybe 6:00 PM to 6:30 PM, and it is a " maybe ", so i said forget it, screwed up 2 of my scheduled moving days, very bad experience, never again!

This company will BREAK your furniture, and GHOST you!
Two pieces of furniture were damaged. One was a dresser that had been dropped down the stairs on concrete. It was scuffed up all around the front and top. Not only that but the drawers itself were knocked off the tracks and the front of the drawers where bent on the ends. The other was an armoire that also got dropped. This actually fell apart and broke. Mind you ALL of this was happening when they were loading up our furniture and they didn't even tell us until we were at our new apartment. When they starting unloading what had broke

Highly recommend Covered Wagon Moving - The guys were courteous, quick, and not a single item broken or even scrapped. Also, have to mention we had to move our Closing Date for our new home (and therefore our moving day) at least 5 times and Covered Wagon accommodated us along the way. Thank you guys so much!

Could not have had a worse experience with the moving crew we had. First, they were over 5 hours late and ended up moving stuff in until after midnight. Then they were so careless in moving things. One guy was trying to bring a treadmill down an angled staircase by himself and put a huge gash in the wall. In addition to a huge chunk out of an antique dresser and a big scratch on the floor of the new home. It was July 2019, so it was understandably hot, but the guys all took their shirts off and were sweating all over the furniture. Literally had a leather chair that was dripping in their sweat

Excellent packing and moving services at a good price. We did a virtual video walkthrough for the estimate in light of the Covid-19 Panic 2020. Trey professionally packed all of our fragile kitchenware,… individually wrapping each piece in paper and cushioning the layers. Phil was in another room, packing most of the rest of our 2 bedroom apartment. He found an envelope of cash ($500) I had stashed away in a drawer and immediately brought it to me. On moving day, Charlie helped me wrangle one of my three cats that I couldn't get into her carrier by myself. The guys worked hard and fast-

I used these movers three times, so I feel more than qualified to give an honest review. We were building a new house and knew we would need to move several times (after we sold our existing house, into an apartment, and then from the apartment into the new home), so I shopped around quite a bit to find the best value on movers. This company is very reasonably priced, but unfortunately, they do not offer quality service.

These guys are great! I have personally hired them two times, and my mom has used them I think three times. Each and every time has been outstanding! They are courteous and efficient with you and your belongings. They get the job done as fast as they can and get you on your way to settling into your new digs! I will be using them again in the future if I move and will always recommend them.

These guys were amazing. I literally couldn't have been happier with the moving process itself. The two guys we had were awesome, super friendly and ran all of our furniture up and down stairs since that was the easiest/fastest way to make the move.
The price was very fair and I will definitely use Covered Wagon Moving again for future moves as the experience was great.
Only reason for not getting 5 stars was they arrived 2 hours later than our window time. This normally wouldn't have been an issue; however, we took off work for this move yet they arrived after 5pm, thus basically

Pros:
Great and fair prices that pay for 2 movers, a truck, pads/blankets, dollies, and great work. Nice, friendly, talkative, knowledgeable, and hard working movers. Not a single thing was damaged!
Cons:
The truck had mechanical issues which caused them to be late, not be able to leave once loaded, and broke down on the way to the new place. Total of 3 hours waiting. I felt bad for the movers and I could tell they were frustrated too. They were so, very apologetic about it all. Not their fault. They took off the time I waited and that was fine. I didn't want them to not get paid fairly

This company will BREAK your furniture, LOSE your property, and DISAPPEAR!
We have used Covered Wagon several times before and never had a problem. The last time we used them, several things that we own went missing. In addition, two pieces of furniture were damaged. One was a stool which had lost some of its pegs and the other was a daybed which was mishandled by one of their employees when unloading right in front of me and dropped several feet onto concrete, breaking a large piece of wood on the front of the daybed.

I found Covered Wagon through Yelp. After requesting last minute services for a 2 hour move (on Mon for Fri) I received the best quote from them. I scheduled for 12pm which was pushing it and rec'd a call Friday morning that they could make it at 10am (which actually worked out real well). Hassan and Chris were both very friendly and professional. Both gentlemen worked very hard in the 2 hours they were there and I was very satisfied with their services. Would definitely recommend cost-wise and service-wise.
