Chris Well did an amazing job helping my family move. We had a crazy situation that kept changing, but he helped me through the whole process. He was patient and patiently changed our quote three times over a year. Once we finally moved, the quoted price stayed the same. The movers packed all day Saturday and delivered to a location three hours away first thing the next morning. They were friendly, cheerful, and careful. I was moved by this company. I was referred to i called who ever answered had a bit of a attitude he was trying to tell me stuff i didnt want to hear. In the end i felt he was not professional, not one bit. Then i show up to see the facilty and see bunch of roaches running freely i wouldnt recommend storing your furniture here.

WORST EXPERIENCE IN OVER 30 YEARS!The packing crew arrived at 10 am on Monday, they sent 3 people, At some point during the day the lead packer left for a few hours to "get the brakes on their truck" done. One of the packers was less experienced and spent most of their time on their cell phone texting. One was in the garage and appeared to be working most consistently. The lead was packing the kitchen in late afternoon and kept talking about "how many hidden cabinets their were", ironic in that they were all clear and large, at one point this person declared the kitchen complete and went to the

Dependable is a descent company for your moves.The problem is the contractor working for dependable his name Ernest jr pena he doesn't pay his workers .So why should they work for him if he can't even make payroll.I personally have not been paid for a day of work.I just don't think dependable relocation should associate with someone like this.
