Ok, let's start with the bad...(I gave 5 stars, how could it be bad? ... well they overdelivered in a major way) The guys were an hour and a half late because the 3rd mover no showed (not their fault), but they offered me a discount for the wait and the lighter crew. Then BAM! I was shocked that these guys loaded up a 10x10 storage unit, a garage full of boxes, and unloaded in my house in 2 hours flat. Just incredible. Well done. Was it cheap? No. Was it worth every penny? Definitely.

These guys were absolutely fantastic. Our closing date for our house kept getting pushed back and they kept working with us to make sure they could help. They showed up on time. Were very communicative day of. Got it done real quick and for much less than I was expecting. Fantastic job guys. I’d recommend The Official Moving Company to everyone. If I ever move again. I’m calling these guys. Worth every penny.

I like these guys and will recommend them for all of my people in Austin. They got the job done, don't complain and aren't afraid of sweating and heavy lifting.
Are they the fastest ever moving company? No, but they didn't damage a single piece and I had my move in 2 parts. They move at the same pace as Einstein, but with more care. Unlike Einstein, they won't leave things behind and won't complain if you're picky about where things go and/or want to rearrange things after they've unloading them.
Unlike Einstein, these guys don't take lunch. They don't take 45 minutes to make a 15-minute drive

Amazing movers. We have very heavy furniture (Gun safes, large wood pieces) and they handled them all with the utmost care. Right on time, very professional helpers, and a quick but thorough move.

We thought we could handle the move ourselves, but quickly realized we didn’t have enough time, energy, or strength. After my fiancé called around to a couple of places, the OWNER squeezed us in and he, himself, came to make our move a success. So appreciative of them. They were quick, professional, friendly, I could go on and on. We WILL absolutely use them again when we move into our house in a few months.
