I submitted a request for a quote through the website and was able to book a piano move with only a few days' notice. The piano was located on a second floor room with a narrow staircase. The movers called before arriving, were friendly and professional, and had the piano downstairs and on the truck in under ten minutes! This was even with a few unexpected challenges with tight spaces and furniture that needed to be moved out of the way. I was very impressed with their friendliness, efficiency, and professionalism. This company is my first call when I'm ready to plan my next home move! Very highly

We hired these movers and were not happy with the service. the truck was damaged on the lift, when they tried to move things off the lift into our storage unit, it almost fell over and my sister and I had to help right the workbench. it is a wonder it didn't break. they rescheduled and showed up late. The movers were not friendly. I would not hire them again and would not recommend them. The move was done under my brother's name brian.

I cannot respond to the response left by the company. But I did not call them, I messaged via the Google maps app. I sent an email with pictures of the damage, to which you responded (I’ve attached that screen shot on this post now as well). You took my information down and said you would have the furniture repair company reach out and I haven’t heard back since. **update end**
We moved back in April and had a horrible experience.
They showed up and I could smell weed, one guy fell up the moving ramp to the truck, dropping our live edge table and broke off the legs. They also

I highly recommend Capital Movers. We found them after someone left a card at our door. They were professional and all of our items were carefully placed and in tact. Stay away from a copy cat company named “Capitol Movers” with an “o” ran by a guy named Gustavo. That guy is sketchy and wanted a deposit before I moved. I found the real Capital Movers online and lo and behold turns out it would have been a scam!! My suspicion is this guy who formed “Capitol Movers” is trying to profit off of Capital Movers’ good name and reputation.

Seriously, they made a big difference in my moving experience. Jason was very flexible and understanding when it came several unknown variables that pushed back my moved date back. I'm truly grateful for that level of understanding. The movers (Rolph and Isaiah) were very professional, polite, and moved all of our stuff in record breaking time! Thanks y'all, it definitely made our moving experience a whole lot less stressful! I would recommend Capital Movers Texas as your go to when needing an ethical and professional moving company.
