From test drive to me driving home in my Subaru was literally no more than an hour. Great staff here, everyone running around to make your deal go smooth, water brought over without asking, the works here!
No haggle pricing was fair, Black Friday Pricing helped for sure! Had a small issue with a part on my vehicle, they promptly got back to me and ordered the replacement part with no issues. Great staff and service here

Honestly, one of the best experiences I've had. Simon and Richard are extremely hospitable, honest, and helpful. They will work with you and you'll leave feeling good with an amazing car. They are a family owned business and treat their customers with the highest priority. I was about to buy a similar model at a dealership but I felt more comfortable going with them. Richard did the paperwork quick and helped me out the door before work. Highly recommend. If you like used mid/high end cars definitely take a look her first. :)

We bought a very nice BMW for my girl friend here. Jay and Simon are both very courteous and professional. There was no pressure normally associated with used car salesman. I bought my Jaguar xj Sunday march 20th and had a great experience with U.S. Motors of San Diego. I was in and out in less than two hours. It was a pleasure meeting and working with Jay. Purchased a 2015 c300 Mercedes with 30k miles. Us motors claimed it still had extended warranty from Mercedes but I went and it didn't. 3 months later the motor with 33k miles loses compression in cylinder one and the motor is now blown. Replacement was 10,000 dollars but luckily I purchased extended warranty through a DIFFERENT company(my bank) and the car was fixed. I was suspicious why the c300 was prices so low , at the time the car is and was worth 22-25k and they listed it at 21,000 so I was surprised by the deal. When I bought I the car it said auxiliary battery malfunction a week later

The US motors team was great at first, when they knew you were going to buy a car from them. Once the deal was done, they were hard to get a hold of. After our purchase, for three weeks we tried to get ahold of them via emails & phone calls, but we didn't hear from them at all. We finally decided to stop by the shop after those three weeks to tie up some loose ends with our purchase. We brought up how we got no emails/calls back and their excuse was "we've been busy." I understand places get busy, but to ignore calls and emails for three

Overall great experience. From my inquiry over the phone, to being in person with the sales team I Never felt like it was high pressure. The cars are extremely nice top notch picks & love my car. The finance guy was great to work with as well. He was able to get me a great rate because of the great relationship they have with the banks they use. Just a great experience & it didn’t take all day. I would buy from them again any day & highly recommend them.

I bought my car from U.S. Motors about a year and a half ago, having already researched the market and knowing exactly what I wanted. Y'all! This was an overall great experience. Everyone was extremely kind and helpful. I got an immediate return call when they missed my initial phone call to set up an appointment to view the car.
