I was very impressed and extremely pleased by the employees and workers of your company, that worked on my move. Employees like Karla, who helped me schedule the move, but went above and beyond by staying later than her out time on a Sunday, in order to see my furniture, and then giving me her personal cell to video chat so that she could give me a better estimate and order the necessary materials to protect the mirrored furniture that I was moving. The crew that came to our home to move our furniture: Gerardo, Manuel and Jose. I am not impressed easily but these three gentlemen, were incredible

Autum from the office was very responsive and easy to work with organizing my move even though my dates were constantly changing. The moving guys were professional, took care to protect my items, and were exceptionally fast. There were no hidden or last minute fees, and payment was quick and easy.
Excalibur was not my lowest quote, but I'm incredibly satisfied with the work they did. It's worth paying a little extra for quality.

A competitor of Excalibur called me up in follow-up on a moving job I had bid on. I had not committed, due to some pending questions about where I was going to move to. The sales rep indicated that their price per hour had gone up while I was waiting to decide, chiding me for having not committed earlier. While I was absolutely prepared to pay the higher rate - markets are markets - the unprofessionalism and insulting tone of this stranger led me to hang up on him and tell him to lose my number.

So I’ve used Excalibur moving company three times now. The first two experiences were amazing and I just raved about them constantly. I recently just moved and this experience with them was so subpar I was wondering if it was the same company. They were not as fast about the move as they have in the past (I moved during warmer months in the past) and almost seemed to be milking the clock. I understand this is hard work and you want to make the most of your work day, but there was more laughing and talking then work being done. Had to move a large, sensitive machine into a truck, not easy and was very nervous.
Eli and Autum were just A+ to deal with, as were the rest of the team they sent.
They have a can do attitude, that goes a long way.
Very upfront about charges and cost, remember nothing goes to plan. Eli was very straightforward about that if extra stuff had to be done, or material moved not quoted, that is fair enough, and what you could expect.
Job was completed. Their communication is excellent, calling me at 6 pm PST was impressive, very responsive.

Fantastic experience!! I highly recommend Excalibur. I recently needed to do a move for my business- I called Excalibur and spoke with Eli. He listened to all my concerns and he was patient with all of my questions. The guys came right on time and were quick and efficient. I was so happy with the move that I called them to do a small job a week later and I received the same great service.

This was a great experience! I spoke to Autum in the office and she was very patient. This was my first time hiring movers and I had lots of questions and concerns. This was a move from Maryland to Richmond. The movers showed up on time and they were extremely professional, courteous and efficient. I was extremely impressed with how fast they were. They were amazing and I would definitely use this company again. Outstanding work! Thank you!
