I used Imlach for a large move from Virginia to Oklahoma. From start to finish, everything was done thoroughly and professionally. The attention to detail during the initial survey of the move was impressive and resulted in zero unexpected changes to the billing or to the physical move itself. Everything happened exactly on schedule. I will definitely contact Imlach if future moves are necessary.

Incredible movers. When my wife asked them if they knew when we could get the pack and play our for our newborn, she expected the movers to say “we’ll get it when we get it”. Instead, the mover knew exactly where it was packed and got it out for her immediately.

Had a small, residential move in the Dallas area and hired Imlach & Collins Brothers for the job. There was great communication prior to move day and on the day of the team showed up on time. They worked quickly but were very thorough when it came to wrapping and padding my furniture, which I appreciated. They were able to finish ahead of schedule and without so much as a scratch on the walls or furniture. Would definitely use again.

We used Imlach & Collins Brothers for our local move in the Dallas area. I worked with Mollie and Michelle for the quote and scheduling process and both were great. I had a 4 person moving crew to move from a condo in a tower to a townhouse so they had to navigate long halls and elevators in one place and a unique stairwell set-up in the next place. The crew was efficient and effective at disassembling and wrapping our furniture for transport and unwrapping and reassembling in the new place. I used Imlach and Collins Brothers to move my home several hours away. They took such great care of our furniture by wrapping and protected it so well. They put down protection on the floors of each home, so no damage happened to the floors. Felipe and crew were very nice, friendly and fast to get the job done in a timely manner. This is the company our corporate relo contracted with and I was a little leary seeing all of the reviews. We were thrilled with our move! Ron Howard was our crew leader and he was great. His team packed our entire house and loaded the truck in 3 days. Our belongings were then stored for 30 days while our new house was being renovated. I was also concerned about storing everything, but it is all in the same condition as when we left. We liked Ron so much, that we requested he be the crew leader upon delivery in San Antonio. I couldn't be more grateful for Imlach. My first moving company was TERRIBLE in the truest sense of the word. When I realized they had basically stollen my things, we called Imlach to get it from them and deliver it to my apartment. We worked with Jay Jones who was personable, relatable, and able to get through to our other moving company better than we could. He showed up on the day of the move even though he isn't technically a mover and said he was there for moral support after the hell we had been through. The movers from Imlach showed up right on time and were quick and so nice.

Since graduating from high school, I have moved an unreasonable amount of times. I mean, really, you would think I was running from something because I've moved so much. If you need to move, please look elsewhere. I just moved most of my remaining furniture from Dallas to the Bay Area. I'd used Imlach before and they were barely OK. Thinking that the devil you know is better than the devil you don't know, I made the mistake of using Imlach Movers again...and I'm paying for it. Imlach movers ended up subcontracting a part of my move to another company that I knew nothing about, delivered my furniture weeks late, with many of my nice furniture items badly damaged.
