Very happy with the service I received. The booking process was very easy (online) and service was on-time with prompt responses to my questions. I called them after being locked out of my apartment. The locksmith came quickly and managed to open my door fast and without damaging the lock. I eventually asked them to replace my cylinder and they installed a high security cylinder for me (Mul-t-lock) for a great price.

I called to discuss possibly changing 3 locks and they sent over a technician (same day) that showed me several options at various security levels.
I chose 3 locks and he finished the whole job within less than an hour.
The price was great, but I was mainly impressed with the level of customer service and communication.

Wow! Absolutely amazing experince with this locksmith. I had 5 old locks that basically stopped working one after the other, so I started shopping around for a locksmith that can replace them. After receiving several quotes I found Gotham Locksmiths, and not only did they give me the best price, their technician came at the same day, changed all 5 to a much better brand and made me feel like I was dealing with a true professional.
