These people went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of. My car was broken down for almost 3mnths “ Due to Covid the parts were Slowly making their way to Colorado.
They made sure I had a car to drive everyday!
When it snowed I had a beautiful suv to drive..
They were actually out of loaner’s,
However “ I was told that they would make sure to take care of me and they’ll figure something out for me “. And they did! For 3months!”
I Can’t Thank Everyone there enough. From beginning to end I was treated with respect kindness . COULDN'T ASK FOR MORE 🙏🏼❤️

Service advisor Eddie Perretta earned a 5 star rating from me for his superior professional service. Last Saturday, on a ski trip from north Dallas to Vail, our 2017 GLE350 started to show warnings signals on the break pads. My wife and I had to make an unscheduled visit to the Littleton service shop. Eddie patiently listened to our story and made special efforts to help us during his Saturday short hours. We got our 4 brake pads replaced in the same day. Eddie is the man I would like to recommend to all.

Had a lease for a couple years from this location. The experience when you are a potential client versus after you become a client is like day and night. The sales agents that court you to get your business ghosts you once the deal is done and they have moved on to other prospects. They will move heaven and earth to get things done for you when they can collect a commission, but after that you are on your own. Very disappointed at this cavalier attitude from two different agents I interacted with here over the course of two years. Your brand value is treated with so little respect by the same people

We were traveling through the Denver area on vacation in our 3500 Sprinter RV. We needed some immediate service before we could continue our trip.

I'm not one to do reviews, but this one I had to write. One of the reasons you purchase an upscale car like a Lexus, BMW or Mercedes is because of the upgraded service. A very important upgrade is providing a loaner. I generally buy a car loaded and keep them in very good condition for 10 to 15 years. I've gotten compliments from service departments on how well I do that. I did that with 2 Lexus vehicles and am doing that the my Mercedes. Unfortunately, Mercedes Benz of Littleton has decided that those of us that keep their vehicles more than 9 years are not good enough to provide a loaner to anymore

Great experience, low key without seeming artificially so, professional salesmen that know the cars in and out. I got a fair trade-in value and a great price on my new GLE 63 S. I couldn't be more pleased. Car was perfectly detailed. Whoever picks the staff here knows what makes customers happy. Highly rated dealership and easy to see why. Rick D. was great to work with. I tried the other Denver dealership and it was awful, I got 50% more for my trade at Mercedes of Littleton and a much nicer car to boot.

I waited for assistance for 30 minutes while salespeople engaged in other customers. I’m not sure if was my long hair or blue jeans, but I was ignored. I tried flagging someone down.
