After years of having various plumbers out, and having a plumber come out last month( & returned 2 weeks later to Again unclog the same drain and Another charge full price for service call), M E came and after working on it for almost 4 hours due to unusual plumbing, they were able to figure out why there was an ongoing problem and fixed it. Thank you for the extra effort to solve the problem.

Well where do I begin. I recently moved to Seguin from New Mexico and being no stranger to water issues, such as hard water , polluted water and toxic water, I knew that I had to install a softener and a filtration system. After 20 hours speaking with colleagues , manufacturers, scientists and chemists , I finally settled on the ProPur whole house filtration and structuring system by Highbrow Filters out of Florida . Be aware you will be charged more then your quoted. Told a minimum of 1 hour = $129. Once here- told between 8-8:30am, arrived 8:35am, they started on 2 sink faucet replacements. I'm not sure why but there were 2 plumbers who came and then went in and out of the house several times. Finished at 8:45am- told the bill was $275. Shocked about the difference and was told they replaced the under the counter connection hoses, etc. I paid and was emailed the invoice.
They charged $180 for labor, $9.99 for shop towels, and the rest was the hoses, etc. Mind you- there were no leaking problems, this

We needed a sink and faucet installed in our kitchen and the faucets replaced in the master bathroom. JP and JJ were prompt, professional, able to solve the problems that arose based on our existing plumbing configuration. They cleaned up under the sink and in front of the tub. They were knowledgable about local suppliers. They will be my go-to plumbers going forward.

I am writing this review to inform you of a very disturbing incident I saw involving one of your vans on I-10. I've been traveling since the incident, but it was so disconcerting I felt that I needed to reach out to you to inform you of your employee's very dangerous behavior.
On November 29th, at about 10 AM, I was driving eastbound on I-10 around the 794 cut off.
