I would highly recommend this company! I hired them to complete a job and not only is the work perfect but their service is absolutely outstanding. I had a free estimate schedule for the same week of the first contact. The price was good as well. You hear stories of contractors/construction not finishing the project well, but I felt extremely confident since the first contact with Mountain Top. This company is prompt, professional and they get the job done. I had them come back to adjust some things to my preference after and again no issues with client service.

They were fast to contact me I'll give them that and fast to come out on site. Then it all went downhill after meeting with Moses. Very pushy and want you to commit to them then and there on the spot. This isn't my first rodeo with remodeling, their finishes and ideas of level 5 is non-existent. And the aggregious part is they never mention to you that they want $400 just to quote, they should have told me before coming out on site. They lost my business.

Zack and Roy did a bathroom remodel for me that exceeded my expectations. The demo was done the week before the city issued the Shelter in Place regulations that brought everything to a halt. Even though work had to stop for a few weeks they left everything in a spotless condition and neatly tucked away until work could resume. Once they were able to start working again the work was done quickly and in a very organized way. We had some serious dry rot and leaks around our back window, and I used the opportunity to update the trims and sill. Roy and his workers were very accommodating with my aesthetic needs and let me know exactly when they'd be installing the trims and painting, to maximize my time to decide on options. Roy was very responsive via text , and the workers did great even with us out of town for a few days. During the heavy rains of winter 2018/9, we realized that our back French doors had a number of leaks, as well as the adjacent window. And the problem got worse when the back doors would open by themselves from wind--even when they were locked! We used Request a Quote to contact a few contractors, and Roy and Zack from Mountain Top were quick to respond and very easy to work with. They came out for some measurements and estimates, helped us find a door and window manufacturer to our liking, and their crew quickly and with high quality replaced our junky back doors with brand new out-swinging doors

As a project manager I am sometimes using sub contractors for my clients. I work with mountain top for a couple of years already, on multiple projects. Some are small renovations and some major. First of all I like working with them because of the way they take responsibility and treat their customers and most importantly, the finish and final results.
