Mark was our technician to do the maintance on our system. He was polite, listen to all my questions and concerned. Went over and above to explain and show me things I was concerned about. We are very happy with their service...Joining their maintenance plan will help alot. thank you for making us cool again. Chris patiently answered all my wife's questions and recommended stuff that makes sense to help keep our filters clean and working better. ( use filters that are cheaper and change often then expensive "pet" ones that are thick). Thank you

I called to receive an estimate for a new A/C unit. Nicole was eager to help. She was a delight and very friendly. We accepted the reasonable estimate Dale provided and the company installed at the end of the week. The staff was professional and very efficient installing our new unit. They have earned our future business and most important our respect. We highly recommend them!
