I recently purchased new vinyl plank flooring for my kitchen, entry, hallway and laundry room from Hauglie’s. Eight years ago, I purchased new carpeting for my home from Hauglie’s as well. Their products are always excellent quality, prices are very competitive, and their customer service is top notch. They are professional and very customer concerned from start to finish. My neighbor, and my daughter and son-in-law also purchased carpet from Hauglie’s and were very happy with their experience also. I highly recommend Hauglie's!

Made a call today and got to speak to John. What a nice guy, was pleasant on the phone called him 40 mins before store closing. He said he would call back when he could find something.. me yeah ok.... 10 minutes later he called back with number already for me.. this is how a business should be ran.. good communication, and a friendly conversation.. thanks I'll be doing my flooring here..

Super great service and very fair pricing! I had 3 different companies give me a bid, including the 651 guys. Jon went above and beyond explaining the different levels and pads. In the end I went with Hauglie's. They were on time, the installer did a awesome job. They accommodated me on two different install dates so I could get the different rooms ready. Glad I listen to Jon, $ well spent! Well deserved 5 stars.

Being in the quality field, I find the importance of feedback a great way to know how well your company is succeeding in what it sets out to accomplish each day. Unfortunately, most times the only feedback you hear about is the negative and the happiest of customers stay silent. I wanted to be sure that Hauglie's Flooring received the high praise they deserve. From the first encounter meeting Jon, the timely install of all the flooring, and the professionalism of the employee's, I can't say enough.
