Got my HVAC serviced. Nothing wrong with the unit, just need routine maintenance.. Guy came out. Was very nice. He had a small vacuum and was cleaning the unit and some vents for about 1.5hrs. Cost $800!!!!!
More expensive than a lawyer. Over $500 an hour. Total rip off.

I needed a new AC install since my current one was not cooling anymore. Advantage made me feel prioritized and they got in there to do their thing. They even went above and beyond to dispose of all my old equipment for me and left a clean install. Definitely recommend!!

Tito with Advantage Heating was very professional & prompt with his communication. We had them replace a 30year old furnace with a new efficient Trane model with Air Conditioner, ducting & air scrubber.
The crew was great getting the job done in one day. Works great, & is quiet. We received four quotes for the project, some quotes took 3 weeks to get.
I am happy I called Advantage, they came out the next day and I had a quote
that evening. they started the work the next week.
I totally recommend them!

Frank and Tito are great guy's which are holding their commitments. Frank came over and we discussed my needs in detail. I got a quote that included all the details we discussed. Most important they kept the budget even there have been some unexpected issues during the installation. Of course, they could not foresee parts of the drywall (where the previous furnace was mounted) have been completely molded so I had to request a contractor to replace the affected drywall. I had no idea where to get a contractor so quickly but Tito was so kind and made a contractor come over to replace the drywall

Our old furnace had been on the ropes for a few years, so when it gave out completely on the hottest day of the year, it was scramble time to get a new system in! I did my research on brands and came up with Trane. So glad I gave advantage the call. Tito was awesome from when he first answered the phone, to estimating and quoting, guiding the install and finally, the post-install walk-through. I felt like I was getting the best deal and he treated us like family. The instal team did it quickly and transparently all along through the process. AC went out during worst week ever. Called and spoke with Frank, who turned out to be Co owner. He explained he was super busy, but made the time to stop by after hours and take a look. He diagnosed the issue, and took the time to explain it Me. I found him to be honest and he treated me like he cared about my problem. He made arrangements to get… it fixed and he showed up when he said he would. His guys were professional , and knew what they were doing. They cleaned up when they were done amd made sure system ran like it should. I would definitely recommend this shop.

We recently went through a home remodel and Advantage Heating was the subcontractor for HVAC & gutters. We have solar panels and Tito took the time to discuss all our options when it came to getting a new electrical furnace. Tito was always available by phone and always prompt when he needed to come down.
We have had our first rain and the gutters are doing great. I would recommend Advantage Heating to anyone.

I needed a new set of gutters for my whole house and the only people who returned my call was Advantage Heating & Sheetmetal. We got an estimate and was able to schedule the installation the same weekend. These guys are professionals! They came with a truck with a machine mounted in a trailer to customize the gutter size. Very cool!

It's been a few months now and we are still very happy with our gutters. During the rainy days I noticed a leak on one side and contacted Tito about the problem. He was able to get his installer out to properly fix it right away! Not only is the quality great
