I lost my only set of keys and was in a blind panic! I contacted Secure Locks and spoke with George. He was helpful and calm ( unlike myself) and we arranged for him to come make and program a new set of keys that afternoon.
Before he arrived my lost keys were returned and George was very pleasant when I called to cancel that appointment.
I decided one emergency was enough so I made an appointment for him to come make an extra key . He arrived right on time, made and programmed my keys and at less than half of what the Honda dealer would have charged!

Lost my car keys while out and about in the city and Secure Locks was the cheapest of the five places I called about getting replacement keys, and were super fast as well. Literally got to me within 10 minutes of my call, where some of the other places I called still hadn't gotten me connected with their technicians for two hours or more. Hope to never have to call them again, but if I do find myself in that crappy situation, they'd be my first call. George was the person who actually came out to me and he was super friendly and easy to talk to.

Secure Locks is the best. I had some trouble finding a locksmith that can unlock my trunk cus my keys were in there and Secure Locks unlocked it with no problem. Price is reasonable and definitely a lot cheaper compared to what other companies were charging me. Would definitely call them back if I ever lock myself out of my car again!

The response time was only a few minutes & they were able to be at my location in less than fifteen minutes.. On a Friday Night.
It was a very old entry door lock. I had fixed it years ago, but it finally Died.
Andrea had a new part that we needed..

Had a wonderful experience with George at Secure Locks. Needed to get an extra car key made and programmed. Accurate quote, quick service and great communication. 1/2 the price of getting it done at the dealership. We had a great experience with Secure Locks. After closing on our new house, we had intended to change the locks ourselves not realizing how complicated it was. Mid-day, we called Secure Locks. Jessica was very friendly, patient and helpful in answering our questions, and got someone out within 2 hours. George arrived and did an amazing job putting in a bunch of door handles, deadbolts and multiple smart locks, fixing some locks with poor alignment, and then rekeying all of the locks to one key. Excellent service. Andrei picked up every time I called, was easy to schedule, came on time and did a great job. My keys had been lost so he needed to make a new key for my Honda and my old Volvo (Volvos are a lot more challenging and some people won't make keys for them at all). He even showed me some useful tricks with my Volvo that I wasn't aware of. Going to two dealerships would have cost me hours and more than double what Andrei charged. A+ would fully recommend!

Who is amazing and professional? This guy, Andrei. From the first communication, he was timely, professional and to the point. He replied to a general quote request on yelp in a prompt, courteous manner. He was out the next day and took care of 3 locks w new keys. This included a storm door and two electronic front door locks.

Andrei the owner called me within 10 minutes of leaving a voicemail, and showed up at my house within 20 minutes. He replaced my car key for my ancient but reliable Honda FIT, my old keys had fallen apart and auto lock button had stopped working. Now my new car keys are fully functional, plus I finally have a spare. All done while I was on a conference call and completed before my ZOOM meeting ended. Excellent and quick service.

The key fob on my 2019 Toyota Prius stopped working. The dealer quoted me a very high amount to get it reprogrammed and fixed. I called secure locks and they showed up within 2 hours and programmed a new used key fob to my car and it's as good as new. The service was quick, professional and smooth. I highly recommend!
