They never did the job as promised in a clean neat way and made a big mess. Before the job they assured us that one person would drill and another would have a vacuum to instantly collect the drill dust/powder from coating the interior of the house. this was untrue as they never had a vacuum causing fine powder to be on every surface of the house. We even paid an extra $775 dollars to be sure the site was prepared properly but they never did it and did not supply even one piece of protective material for our furniture, bedding or goods. sadly, one cannot believe that what they promise they will

Had All Star install a full set of impact windows and also a 6' patio door at condo in Florida. While the windows are okay, the door is not.
Apparently the frame is so tight when the door is closed, you have to use two hands and major effort to pull it open. Had installer return for "adjustments" to the door but it is still the same. We were told it would "wear in."
While we recognize the door may be tight until broken-in, this tightness is far beyond that and not acceptable. It's our contention that the door frame should have been replaced and start the installation

I all star windows and doors-
gilberto the installer came to give estimate and rejected my request to properly place shutter handles on egress, and stated he did not need the job.i call manny and advised him that his installer was not properly vetted to quote the blg.code and thus the installer was the cause of the cancellation of any contract. he apologized and i went to tropical windows for the job i ordered and pay for.
after all never forget you the owner call the shots when its your money, not the installer.
