I cannot say enough about our pleasant experience with Mercedes-Benz of South Charlotte. Nance Smithwick was an absolute pleasure to work with and made our buying process smooth, quick, and extremely simple. She went above and beyond to get us the vehicle we wanted. I have been bringing my car to this dealer for service since I moved to Charlotte. I have always been
impressed with the service department. They are polite,
knowledgeable and keep my car in great shape. They're
also very thoughtful about pricing, which is more than
appreciated. Especially I should say thank you Paul because of he took care my car very well. Previously i took my car to Hendrick Mercedes Benz about 3 month ago with same issue and they couldn’t fix it. But Paul said i will do my best and he did. And he gave me great Christmas discount too. Thank you for your great Service

Good; inspected my car and washed and vacuumed for me. nice. And repaired the recall for my car.
Just wish they’d sold me my car with an UPDATED navigation system; having to pay $355 to do so….should’ve been updated when I bought my CERTIFIED 2018 last year…..repeated requests to update for zero or less $$$ have been rejected or ignored.
so the service was fine….

I like to start with one of the best service I've had when buying a car. Every single person i had communication with was excellent! Grant Van Heyningen Is the sales man you want to talk to knowledgeable to say the least very patient and very friendly. The finance Guy that helps out went straight to the point no haggling. Overall a great experience!!!!

My review is tinged with the fact that I always have buyers remorse. I felt my 792 credit score was worthy of a slightly better deal. Thus the 4 stars. Especially considering I already agreed to pay a large premium for the lack of inventory. I felt slighted by the credit score issue since it was stated that I could have the price I wanted if my credit score was in the top tier. I felt they did not honor that statement since I was just shy of 800. True I did not ask what was top tier, 850?Otherwise the wait time was reasonable and I liked Darius our sales guy very much. I would work with him again

Such an awesome experience! I had the fortune of working with Grant to find my new baby, my Dream. Super professional while still maintaining a friendly demeanor. Thank you for humoring me by calling my cars by name, and letting me use your charger when my phone died. I'd recommend Grant, as well as this dealership, to anyone.
Jonathan, the product specialist, was also really great. He programmed my garage door opener (and it actually worked when I got home!) and showed me the cool new features on my new car.
