This review has to do with the auto repair side of this business. First off let me say that the personal here are friendly, courteous, and go out of their way to help you. That being said, the only difference between Jesse James and whomever set the pricing policy for this business is Jesse James wore a mask! I feel totally ripped off by the charges incurred on the repair of my vehicle. I brought it in for strut replacement on all four corners. I was initially told it would take four to five hours at $100 per hour. I replied "ok no problem". At 9:15 am on the day of repair I received a phone call

I do a lot of my own service on my vehicles, so when I take something to a shop I’m pretty picky. I found Direct Automotive to be very friendly, inviting and professional. Every person I talked to there was nice and friendly and the shop seemed clean and well organized. In the future, this “do-it-yourself-er” will use them more for service on all our vehicles. Very pleased with my experience at Direct Automotive while purchasing a Jayco travel trailer. Chris was very upfront during the whole buying process and made things very easy. David did a great job with the walk-through and the installation of the weight distribution hitch. Look forward to doing business with them in the future.

Purchased a 2007 Chevy 2500HD WT Diesel on 8/13/20. All I needed was a truck to pull my camper. They were aware I had back luck with my camper sales folks who weren't honest about my 1/2 ton truck capabilities which is why I needed this truck. I was brought to their mechanic multiple times so I could ask questions about the vehicle. I was told they wouldn't fix the ABS system/light as the entire vehicle wiring harness needed replaced and I also asked about the rear differential and if it was ok and serviced and was told 3x that it was good and ok. Oh and by the way as I am picking

I was searching for several months for a low mileage Chevy Avalanche and found one at Direct Automotive. It was through an Auto-trader search. I contacted the dealer and spoke with the owner Richard. He was very excited and told me the complete story on the vehicle. Being a used car salesman I was sort of suspicious of what he said but after reviewing their Auto Check report and the Carfax report I purchased to the vehicle I found that everything checked out. I was from out of town and wanted to buy it but I couldn't get there for 10 days so we worked out a reasonable price and a purchase
