Masterpiece Roofing was a pleasure to work with. They were honest, friendly, on time, and took care of just about everything with my insurance company. Most, important, they were on budget. Their sales staff made the rounds following a recent hail storm and I'm incredibly hesitiant in working with door-to-door sales. They were so laid back and friendly it almost made me leery, but everything they noted from dealing with insurance, the project process, to getting everything covered by insurance panned out. We were disappointed that (we understand because of extreme circumstances) we had no backup project management.
Therefore, the repairs and paint prep fell below what we were led to expect.
Our rep was responsive to our concerns.
The painters were pleasant and careful, left no drips or spots anywhere, and were careful around my new landscaping.
The gutter installation was perfect and professional, and at times, amazing!

Very satisfied with the work from Masterpiece Roofing! Ryan was easy to work with and always looked our for my best interest. The company was reliable, they helped in everything from filing a claim with my insurance to cleanup after the work is complete. The installation went smooth and no surprises at the end of the work. Masterpiece Roofing did a wonderful job. J Bird did a tremendous job overseeing the job. I encountered several obstacles during the process of getting my roof fixed. From resubmitting insurance claims to a hole in my roof J bird went beyond the call of duty. There are companies that get the job done. There are also companies that make you feel like it was a blessing that they provided service. J Bird and Masterpiece roofing provided a blessing. J Bird turned a disaster into a blessing. Our roof was $22,000. And I hate the way it looks because I picked the color based on the assumption that we would have plenty of money leftover to paint or replace the soffits, fascia, gutter and little bit of siding we have. We did not know our roof was going to cost $22k until a couple weeks after it was completed and we finally got the itemized invoice. We got hustled.

Very unprofessional Kevin Brown & John Moody are very unprofessional & they don’t accept a No as an answer! That ask my husband for $8000.00 check even that haven’t started the job, they also tell my husband that they can actually ask our insurance for more money if they want (fraud) They also call the city on us just because we didn’t give them the job! Crazy people don’t come & told us who to hire & who’s not 😡🤬

This 2 guys (Kevin Brown & John Moody) show up on my door asking if they can do a free estimate and no obligation on my roof, they tell me that they can make the insurance pay tons of money and he try to convince me to commit fraud on the insurance which I didn't agree with, and I ended up calling someone else, now he's harassing me calling the city saying that I have a bunch of trash in my front yard & other violations, I'm pretty sure that he know someone inside the city hall, and they're able to do this kind of thing so be really careful with these people don&apos

I can't say how impressed I was with Masterpiece. My roof needed replacing, and as usual, my insurance denied payment for my roof. Thank goodness Rex and his team were amazing advocates for me against my insurance company. Not only did my roof get replaced, I got new gutters, siding, painting and a few new screens. I only had to pay my deductible. I'm about ready to put my house on the market within the next year and had I not had my roof replaced, I'd be paying around $35,000 out of pocket for a new roof. I can't thank Masterpiece Roofing enough!!!

We were approached by this roofing company they marked everything on the house with chalk to show us the damage that the hail did to our roof and siding. They assured us that the insurance would cover it minus the deductible and I worked with the owner REX Corley and he handled everything now the insurance shorted him on painting half the house,but he covered it he is a man of his word. Had some hail damage on our roof and our paint from last year. Dealt with David at Masterpiece Roofing and he was very informative and helpful. David met with our insurance adjuster and worked hand in hand with our insurance to help us out. Masterpiece Roofing went to bat for us and they got the insurance to cover all of the damages, which included a new roof, new paint, and new gutters. The process was quick and easy. I would recommend this company to anyone.

It's my first time to have a job repair for my roof and my friend suggested Masterpiece. At first, I was hesitant due to the reviews I've seen. But since a friend suggested, I tried calling them. They checked my roof and other necessary things that need to be fixed and explain to me patiently what needs to be done. The roof was awesome but they finished it a little bit late than what we talked about so is my deck that I don't like it at first but they also modified it. The gutters that they partially fixed has been a great part of the service and a good help for me as a homeowner

Frustrated! Set up a time of 5:30 for an estimate and at 6:30 I messaged to find out ETA. I get a response of I can do Friday, what time. Seriously I leave work early for scheduled appointment! I then told them I would not be using their company all that is said is "I understand". Poor customer service!

We had our roof put on by Masterpiece roofing. Oh boy I wish I could turn back time and never had them roof. They put on our roof and that's when things started to go bad. After replacing our roof we had rain coming out of our sky lights- two rooms. We called them and they sent out two ladies to solve the problem, they didn't know what the heck was going on. After they were here the next few days was rain-rain and more rain. The rain came in around the sky lights and ruined sheet rock, paint and sank our patio doors. You cannot believe the mess we had. Terrible experience. Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy. Lots of promises from the sales staff but very little follow through from anyone else. Communication was horrible and insurance submissions were not made as promised.

Sales guy was nice enough but dealing with the back office was a complete nightmare. Just getting them to put us on the schedule was a pain and there was no communication on their end, we had to continually call to check up on the scheduling. We would be told to expect a call within a week and the call never came. Then the guys showed up late to start work (around 9AM) and were here working until after 9pm.
