If you are a homeowner looking for a trustworthy roofing company in Colorado, there's a good chance your property has been damaged in a recent storm. We were hit pretty hard in that storm. Many storm chasers showed up at our doorstep by the next day which left us very uncomfortable. This is an amazing company. The Roof Dr. was fast, friendly, fair, transparent, and professional. They guided us through the process of working with our insurance company to replace our roof, replace our gutters, repaint the exterior of our house, and repair damages done to the interior. It was like having a personal consultant to help us transform both the inside and outside of our house. Most importantly, they helped us make the ordinarily arduous process of working with insurance companies a complete breeze. You will not be disappointed with the service they provide.

They even worked with my insurance company to help make everything easy for me so I wouldn’t get nickel and dimed. 👍🏼

Ken is amazing, after the hailstorm in 2017, the insurance company was not going to pay for all the damages, and we were left with a damaged roof and windows. Ken was very knowledgeable recommending us experts and being very persistent to help us through various inspections processes. After 3 year the insurance company finally committed to pay the damages. Ken had the roof replaced with 3 weeks and his people were hard working and very nice! The new windows will be installed next month and we can’t wait to live in a nice house again. Ken is amazing and I would never use anyone else!!!

I just want thank the Roof Dr for their exceptional service! I am very pleased with them as a company and what they have to offer, they were fast, reliable and on time, Ken the owner, handled all of my insurance negotiations, permit was pulled! He also installed my gutters, windows, and stucco! Again very fast and last but not least upgraded my shingles to an impact 4 resistant roof!

My advice to anyone needing your roof replaced is make sure you read and understand the paperwork and or contact you sign! Also make sure you add the words to your contacts, "TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE!" This is very important, so you don't have to end up being stuck at their mercy waiting to have your roof finished! Also, as important Pay close attention to the date they will start and finish your roof! Make sure what is on your paperwork is work you want them to do especially if you're working with your insurance, make sure they don't add things that they will not be doing

I'm sorry to have to post this review but I have to let people know and be aware of this issue. Maybe this will prompt a call from the owner and we can switch our review. My complaint is not so much about the roof job but the extensive damage done to the stucco and not fixed by the subs even though it was claimed and paid for by insurance.
We were in the area of the May 8th hail storm that damaged so much of Lakewood and Arvada. We had roof damage as well as gutter damage. Luckily for us no windows were damaged. I called my insurance agent at State Farm and they recommended a couple companies

The day after my previous review was posted, the owner, Ken, contacted us himself and sent out a crew to start working on our roof. He apologized for the misleading timeline repeatedly given by his son, Cody, and asked me to remove or update my review of the company. So this is my update so far: the crew worked all day today and will be back tomorrow (even though this morning Ken said it would be a one-day job, we suspected it would take two days since our roof is quite large). I hired Roof Dr to replace my hail damaged asphalt shingle roof. Ken Medina, and his son Cody, came to inspect my roof before I submitted a claim to my insurance company. I also had 2 other roofers inspect and give me quotes. All three companies were prompt and reasonable, but I chose Roof Dr for their professionalism and willingness to explain why their products and processes were superior. They weren't the cheapest but to me, were the best value. Ken suggested that he be at my appointment with my insurance adjuster. Great idea because Ken was able to get on the roof and show the adjuster
