Elite Roofing started out as Elite Custom Builders in Greeley, Colorado in 2006 by Randy Brothers, after graduating with a Business Marketing degree from UNC. He had worked as a superintendent with a local building company during college, learning how to build houses and commercial buildings, having inherited the talent and interest to build from his father.

Elite did a great job on my hail claim. I was very pleased with their communication, Kevin's customer service and the way they worked with my insurance company. I was so impressed that I referred my mom and she replaced her roof with them as well. Now I'm just waiting for my gift card for referring a customer! I highly recommend this company and will use them next time my roof needs work or replaced.

Elite and Rick made replacing our roof painless and straightforward. They were very responsive to my questions and took care of all the insurance details. We used Elite for a last minute roof installation while we were under contract to sell our house. Chad came out right away to do the inspection & quote, worked with our listing agent to get everything set up smoothly, and everything went really well on the install date-also cleaned out the gutters. They even ran ahead of schedule and got our roof done as scheduled after a rainy week. Everybody was professional, kept the property clean, and great communication. If we weren't moving out of state, we would definitely continue to use for our future home needs! 🙂

If you need a roofing project done without the help of insurance start looking for companies and do your homework because it is a long process. *Home Advisor and *Angie's list gave us contacts and we would compare that to the *BBB website. We needed a company that would *take some money down and *finance the rest. We started looking for roofing companies at the end of July 2019 and it took us 3 months and 9 different Roofing companies to find a company that was willing to do our project. I'll start with the good part: they got the job done in a reasonable amount of time -- roughly 8 hours time.
The bad:
- Kevin was late for the initial meeting by 30 min. I was willing to ignore this because he presented himself as a nice guy. Unfortunately being nice only goes so far.
- Kevin never communicated when supplies would be delivered. I got back to my house and my driveway was filled, preventing me from being able to get in and out of my garage.
- The workers did not nail down all of the shingles correctly and did not replace the gutter guards as they should. I had to put in a

My experience with this company is not a good one. Ignoring our No Soliciting signs in two places on our property they still came onto our front porch to leave their trash on our door.
I refuse to do business with a contractor that disrespects the homeowner like this. I am posting my experience with them so that others can know what to expect.

I was delighted with the work done and especially with Zack and Kaysn. When they did the estimate they were very open to discussing possible ways to improve ventilation and together came up with a good plan. Elite Roofing replaced my roof after the hail storm last year. I got 3 different quotes and theirs was very competitive. I choose to go with them because of the great customer service I received while working with Rick. He took care of working with my insurance company and keeping them updated on issues that came up requiring additional payment. I never had to follow up with the insurance company, they sent me a check for the full amount less my deductible when the work was done. The roof looks great! As did my yard and the flower beds, etc. They cleaned up well and got the job done in the timeframe

I called Elite twice trying to get someone to come give me an estimate. Both times I was told that someone would call me within 24 hours to schedule a time. I never received a call. After I didn't the first time and I called back I was told by the same person that she didn't even have me I her system, so I thought it was just a mistake and tried them again, but I cannot excuse this twice. In mid-August 2013, we had Elite seal our epdm roof membrane to a newly-installed curb at the roof hatch. We are extremely happy with the work. We'll be replacing the whole 600 sq ft of roofing within the next five years and will definitely consider having Elite do the work.

Great Company! Elite Roofing was the greatest! We had a very complicated situation. We had hail damage that on our roof in Fort Collins and needed to get it repaired fast before we closed on our home that we sold. To make it a bit complicated, we did a short sale and Elite Roofing worked through all the red tape with the mortgage company, insurance company, city inspectors and worked with our real estate agents.
