Cenco inspected our roof to diagnose a minor tricky leak and ended up replacing our ridge vent. The one installed by our builder was done incorrectly; this new one is higher quality, has more features to allow venting while keeping windy rain out, and was installed by a crew that I trust. While they were up there, the crew walked our roof and found spots where the builder had set nails too deep in shingles and caulked all of them to ensure that no rain will get in through the smallest of gaps. They did this work a few months ago and we haven't had any problems since!

Cenco Building repaired my roof that needed repair due to the inspection and sale of my home. Taylor Kent was the professional that helped us. He did an amazing job repairing the roof. The quality and the result were top notch. He was responsive, timely and affordable. I had several roofers contact me, but he was a honest and efficient in his approach. We needed to get advice and a reliable quote to repair/replace our flat roof. Despite being located well-outside of Cenco Building Services’ geographic market, they responded immediately, providing both a quote for what a replacement would likely cost, as well as advice on what questions to ask and services to request for our ultimate contractor.
Knowing they ultimately wouldn’t get the business (due to our location), Cenco was still more than willing to help. This kind of honest and helpful practice is rare to find in any industry. I would strongly recommend them for this reason alone.

My hail-damaged roof replacement was simple thanks to Cenco. The team members explained the different options and the costs were reasonable. After the inspection, Cenco took a few moments to explain everything in depth. They spoke directly with my insurance, which made everything simpler. In addition, Cenco assisted in the hiring of other contractors to handle the other remaining hail damage. It was a great experience and I would totally recommend.

UPDATE: Cenco's response to my initial review below confirms their inclination to misrepresent the facts. A google review left 7 months ago by Megan Vogt mirrors many of the issues I experienced. They refer to the complaint I filed with the BBB last July, which I would encourage potential clients to read. Also, please read the other BBB complaints filed against Cenco. My concerns remained unresolved for another 6 months. They also misrepresent when they write that I appear to have been satisfied with their work, as my realtor wrote the words "new Trex decking" in the listing. The presence of new

The Cenco staff is amazing! Whenever I had a question, they responded quickly, professionally and very friendly. They replaced my roof and gutters and they did a terrific job. I get compliments on it all the time. Everything was done quickly and they did a great job cleaning up. I love the fact that they dealt with my insurance personally, so I didn’t have to worry about it. I strongly recommend Cenco Roofing.

Let me start by saying that I never leave reviews, but I was so impressed with Connor Phelps and Dominic Miller I felt compelled to leave one. I was doing a large renovation and most of the work myself, so my roofing schedule kept getting pushed back, due to me not being ready. Connor was extremely patient and helpful. He even helped me to find contractors to get work completed. He gave me an extremely competitive price and top tier customer service. He checked in weekly on my progresses and was extremely flexible.
