We have utilized Beaufort Air Conditioning & Heating since 2011, upon choosing them to install a new complete HVAC unit (attic & outside). Their professionalism, punctuality, and expertise has always been top notch, experiencing no issues throughout the past decade of business with them.

Burt called prior to arrival. When he arrived and was professional and courteous. He not only inspected every possible problem with the unit, he also easily explained what he was finding. Burt found the issue and the charge was very reasonable for the work done. He was very friendly and ensured he followed up after his visit. I am generally not one to write reviews; however, after the excellent service I received from Beaufort Heating & Air, I felt compelled. To begin, my appt was set for 2 days after my initial call due to the call volume and priority placed on those without AC during this miserable summer. The technician, Mr. Minshew, was prompt and wasted no time analyzing my system, maintenancing the unit and repairing a bad capacitor. Service was first rate and I couldn’t be happier. Top notch from the office staff to all involved. Feel confident if you ask for Burt Minshew!

We had never dealt with this company before but the reviews were good so we called about our A/C that was blowing only warm air. The weather was miserable but the tech still came to access the problem which was a bad capacitor. It took not long to replace it and recharge the system. We are very satisfied with the work and the next time something goes down, we will call again.

We needed two new units for our home in Beaufort. A friend recommended Beaufort Heating and Air. We are very glad they did. Mark came out and looked at the property, and made his recommendations. The price was lower than expected which is a huge plus for us. Mark was prompt, courteous and very friendly. The quality of the work was exceptional and all work was completed on time. Many thanks to Beaufort Heating & Air! We needed to our HVAC system replaced. We had used other local companies in the past. After getting a few bids, we received one from Beaufort Air. A service member was driving in the port royal area in liberty point housing last week, i guess he didnt think he needed to stop at the stop sign at patriot and mission even with the kids walking to the school bus. this happened around 730ish am. i was the white suv who stopped in front of you so you didnt hit the girl crossing the street. i didnt get any information on the driver except that it was a older guy with dark hair. please pay attention to your driving especially when you are in a residential area around our children.

I contacted this company about getting a quote in regards to a small renovation I was planning, and needed assistance with obtaining the permit. I was told I needed a whole new system, so I purchased a whole new system, but then when the work was complete and I still had not received the items I needed for the permit (the initial reason for… contacting them) I was told I needed to pay the total, I refused until I received everything I was promised. Then I was accidentally copied in an email between the manager and the owner of the company talking crap about me and my finances. Neither one
