I am the president of the Denver Cottonwoods Townhomes Assoc. We worked with Mike and Kevin from Apex for months. They inspected our roof's and determined they had significant hail damage and were pretty sure we had enough damage to file an insurance claim. Eventually we filed the claim and Apex took care of all of it. Unfortunately our Insurance Co. delayed sending an adjuster out due to in-house issues. This company seems impressive but their execution is extremely lacking. They did 22 units in our HOA and the project took about three times as long as they claimed it would. They did not proceed as they said they would and the subs kept changing. They damaged a lot of units while installing siding and were slow or ineffective at responding to homeowner concerns. Workers sped through the private drives despite young children in the neighborhood, left messes, and routinely left work unfinished and equipment all over the complex. I'm a happy home owner in the Idyllwilde subdivision of Parker. Our home was hit by hale last year and we reached out to Apex Restoration along with a few other companies for a quote. Luckily Tim Henry was the project manager for Apex that we choose to work with. Both Tim and Apex did a great job and everything was handle professional through there office with our insurance. Recently we reach out to Tim for a minor repair and Tim had this taken care of with-in a couple of day. Great work all around very happy.

So I had a pretty rough experience with another roofing company that replaced my roof as an insurance claim. After repeated attempts I threw in the towel and called Apex (on a reco from new Insurance provider) to do an inspection. Brooke did a wonderful job providing piece of mind during the inspection. Extremely considerate of the situation, the virus and just a really knowledgeable/kind human. I really wish I would have called my new insurance agent and received Apex recommendation as I'm sure I would have avoided the last 3 months of chaos with other roofing company. Everyone at Apex Roofing is top notch! They are super responsive, have reasonable, competitive costs, and know what they are doing. We had 3 large cupolas installed on our barn roof, plus a weathervane, and they did the entire job quickly and professionally. When we needed our weathervane adjusted, they came back immediately and made it exactly right. We can't say enough good things about Apex. Kevin did an excellent job repairing the hail damage on the roof of our rental property. He even fought with our insurance company to get us extras that were not included with the original estimate (paining the entire house and fixing the chimney). He is easy to work with and communicated with us and our property manager throughout the process. Would definitely hire him again, should the need arise.

The aesthetics of our home’s curb appeal has been damaged by Apex’s subpar/reckless install of the copper above our front bay window. Before starting the project, Apex told us they would use the original copper as a template for the new copper, so we assumed the design would be exactly the same. No so! They bolted an unsightly, straight counter flashing over a curved step flashing. This application is nothing like the previous copper roof. Now we’re left with a “hot mess” above our bay window.

I worked with Jacob of Apex Roofing, and I could not have had a better experience. Our roof was destroyed in last years hail storm, and the insurance company was fighting us on repair vs. replacement. Jacob did all the negotiating with the insurance company and got us a new tile roof. Not only did he do all the work, but he saved us 1000’s of dollars as well. I couldn’t be happier with the work they did and with the way Jacob handles our contract.

Apex and Andrew truly made the difference on making a very tough roof replacement happen. My insurance company kept on denying my claim for hail damage, and Andrew held his ground with the inspectors, handled a lot of the direct interaction, and truly was an expert on handling them. Once we got through the red tape, Andrew and team showed up like a "MACHINE" to beat the winter snow. These guys knew what they were doing and made sure everything was up to code, and worked with the insurance company directly on the additional cost that were unknown before ripping off the old roof.

Great company, professional. Roof is excellent. A job well done. Had it done beginning April, rain and snow. Over 2 days, they got it done quick, on time, even with some adverse weather. Shannon was great to work with from the get go. Final clean up around our house was amazing. I think I found one nail, later on. It's like they weren't even there. The quality roof job was the only evidence they were there, LOL. We are very happy. Again, Shannon, the APEX representative was awesome. Cant see many companies being better. Our insurance company recommended Apex to replace our hail-damaged roof and they did a fantastic job. Andrew, our project manager, did not mind meeting with us multiple times to answer the large list of questions we had about the process, the roofing materials, etc. We were scheduled quickly and, once they started, the roofers did not waste any time finishing the job and cleaning up. Apex made sure we got the highest-quality roofing system available to us through our insurance, and the roof looks great too. We recently had a roof replaced by Apex due to earlier hail damage. They were recommended to us by our Farmers Insurance Agent. Considering all the horror stories you hear about roofers, these guys were wonderful. We never laid out any money and Farmers sent us checks periodically to cover the entire job.

This company is very professional, responsive and efficient. I was purchasing a property in December and knew the area had been hit by hail and suspected the property needed a new roof. I called Apex Roofing and Tom went to the home in the middle of December and prepared an estimate. He went back and met with the sellers and, as a result of his efforts, I was able to persuade the sellers to replace the roof. The estimate was very fair and reasonable. Apex, and Andrew, made getting a new roof a breeze. Our neighborhood was hit by a hail storm last Sept. and we were swamped with people wanting our business. I am a Farmers Insurance Agent here in Centennial Colorado and live in Castle Pines Village. Our roof was about 20 years old and got hammered by hail. We had Apex Roofing and Restoration replace the roof for us. It's a big roof with lots of angles. Apex did an amazing job and it only took a couple days.
Michael Dye the owner worked directly with the insurance adjuster to get a few things added that were forgotten in the original paperwork from the insurance company. Douglas County apparently has a few building code items that must be included that other counties do not require.

This place is great! They handled my roof after several hailstorms caused damage.
They showed up on time and were incredibly polite and tidy. Turns out my roof had 3 layers of shingles for them to rip off but they didn't leave even a tiny scrap out of place and were very careful to make sure no nails on the lawn for the dogs to step on.
I did most arrangements on the phone with Kristine who is very nice and knowledgeable and even helped me decide on a color for the new shingles. She was prompt with call backs and the estimate was right on target.
They even ripped out our old broken swamp
