I used this company twice for my moves and was looking forward to using them again. I am moving again after two years, I reached out in April and asked for an updated quote - they said it would now be $95/hour for two movers, when it was previously $90/hour. I said that was totally fine. I then emailed to confirm the date about two months later, and I was told the price went up to $120/hour for two men. I asked them to please honor the price they had quoted me in April, and they refused. I really like this company and it is very unfortunate that they would not honor prices.

Smoothest move I could possibly imagine! Bedoya was super communicative and the day of was very seamless. The price was also very competitive as I looked into over a dozen companies for this move. I had a specialty item moved, a very expensive wine cabinet with a glass door, and Bedoya packed it perfectly. I am so impressed and happy that I chose them. The guys who came were also very nice and polite which is always a plus! Thanks Bedoya Moving!

Bedoya is a breath of fresh air in the moving industry. Prompt responses even after 5pm, clear communication and followups make for a seamless experience. We had them pick up and deliver several items ( table/leather chairs). Small attention to detail by the workers such as taking off shoes in the house is an added plus. Friendly, dilligent and professional, I’ll use them again.

I am an Interior Designer, and have worked with Bedoya moving for about a decade. He is the best independent white glove delivery service and mover I have ever dealt with. He handles very high end furniture with care, and has also resolved issues for my clients when no one else could deliver. I have even had him show up the same day to help a client when their movers gave up! Clients have called and thanked me again and again for referring them to him. They are professional, courteous and most of all treat every item with care. I would never have anyone else move my furniture.

After getting quotes from 10+ companies, we landed at Bedoya Moving and found an affordable quote that made sense to us for the amount of items we had and the distance we were traveling (NY to NC). We also felt very comfortable moving forward with them because of past reviews.

I was very fortunate to have been recommended Bedoya Moving for a small delivery on a design project. The crew were very clean and orderly and extremely careful in unwrapping and placing large pieces of furniture in my client's home. I hired them again for a larger move and, again impressed. I am now on my 7th move with them in the past several months. They are my GO TO!

This was a great moving experience. I booked this very last minute (4 days notice) because the covid pandemic sped up my moving timeline. The rates were reasonable and no hidden fees tacked on at the end for packaging etc. The crew sent were very courteous and efficient! We had my 1 bedroom home loaded up in about an hour or less and moved me into the new place (15 min away) very quickly. I would definitely book them again and will be recommending to friends in the area.

Man, where to start. These guys were right on time and got to work quickly and efficiently. They were moving stuff faster than I could pack my last few boxes. Extremely careful, they even wrapped most of the furniture and electronics for safe transport. Respectful of my belongings and corteous. John was very easy to work with, and the price was the most competitive around. Highly recommend, great job!

Fast response to my online inquiry. I order a bed in a box, but the box was too big for me to carry upstairs. Their team understood my issue, scheduled an appointment, sent a confirmation with multiple payment options, called before arrival, and completed the job in a short amount of time.

I can't recommend this family owned business enough. John & his team got my family (including a 3 month old) and I out of a huge bind during this COVID-19 pandemic. First, John was flexible on pricing as I had decided to do much of the packing myself (thinking I had the time to do so with having to stay at home and all). We were scheduled to move out of Queens NY at the end of March but John advised and rescheduled our move earlier a few times. One of the best moving company I dealt with, hired them for moving form NY to NJ. Excellent communication from the beginning John and Julia were very attentive to details, respectful and timely. Their price was also competitive.
This didn’t stop with good experience hiring them, but extended to execution as well. Their employees who came was super hard working respectful.
I was very nervous until job was complete as there were no surprises, broken furniture or dented walls as everything was going smooth.
They have the best team.

The excellent Yelp reviews I read prior to my move helped me picked Bedoya moving. What a great decision!! John gave a written fixed quote and that was the price. John gave me the start and delivery times and he was on time. I moved from Westport CT to Washington DC - 300 miles. He picked up my furnishing on Thursday and delivered me on Friday at 8:30Am. He runs his business like a well oiled machine. In all my moves I have NEVER had such a positive experience like this. He is the moving king. Don't think twice - he's your man! I even took these pictures I was so happy!

I had a wonderful experience with John and his workers. I needed a treadmill to be delivered at my second floor apartment and after 4 different delivery companies declined the delivery because the box was too heavy and bulky he was the only one that without hesitation or complain brought the box to my apartment without any damages. I was impressed and so thankful that after a long month trying to get my treadmill to my house I found a reliable company willing to the the job. I will totally recommend him.

Great experience with John Bedoya and his crew! I had a large wooden desk to move from a second floor bedroom. I got several quotes through Yelp. John was the one owner who responded quickly, asked for photos of the desk and selected the number of men he would need (3 is answer). The crew did an impeccable job and they were very professional and friendly. Wrapped the desk in blankets, taped it completely and got that heavy thing down the stairs without making a scratch anywhere! I am very pleased.
