DO NOT BOOK. I don't know where these 5 star reviews are coming from (probably friends of the company) but pay close attention to the lower star reviews for Beau & Bros because this is where the truth exists. STAY AS FAR AWAY AS YOU CAN. They will not show up on time (or even the day they said they would), they will break your things, and they will hassle you for way more money after the move (yes, even if they came to inventory your things beforehand). Worst moving experience ever. I scheduled for them to come at 10:30AM. They texted less than an hour before the appointment to tell me they'd be "a little late". Four and a half hours later, numerous ignored phone calls, very little communication, and quite frankly, lying on their part, their team finally shows up... At 3pm on a Friday, where traffic is bumper to bumper until the evening in NY. Not the time to be moving and be held accountable for an hourly rate (which is why we scheduled this for the morning). Honestly beau & bros did not meet to there expectations I hired because of the good reviews however Tyler came 2 hours late to move my furniture secondly didn't introduce him self to me and my wife .
He broke the microwave and ask to either credit or fix it we said know
Than have the nerve to ask to pay him extra 200.00
Dollars which we spoke about the building don't have elevators in advance .
Didn't even acknowledge to say he apologized in a professional way. I would not recommend anyone to use beau& bros only 2 of the movers was attentive. The taller brother

I highly recommend these guys! We moved from a four story walk up and they all our moved boxes and furniture. They were super quick and efficient. Definitely the most affordable company in NYC/tri state area. They carefully wrapped everything all needed furniture (tv, bed, etc.) and it all safely arrived to our new apartment!

I used their services to move from a 5 floor walkup to another 5 floor walkup in the South Bronx 5/1/19. Not only were their prices affordable, they were also punctual, professional and extremely hard working.
They provided a huge truck, the necessary man power and offered services such as mounting / de mounting units. They also wrapped your furniture to prevent potential scratches during the move. 5 star experience!
I would greatly recommend Beau & Bros for your next move as it appears no job is too big or small for them to achieve. You wont be disappointed!

We were looking for a company to transport a very heavy item from Yonkers to Brooklyn. We contacted Beau Bros. and received a very reasonable quote. What made Beau Bros. different was the ease of communication in setting up the pickup and dropoff. On the day of pickup, the movers arrived early and were absolutely wonderful and friendly. They removed the item within 15 minutes and communicated after the dropoff to let us know it was finished. I'll start from the beginning. We hired them to move a piano from one building to another. First, they messaged me two minutes before the job was supposed to start and said they were running late.
