I had a great experience with Patton Automotive. I was impressed with their selection of vehicles and am thoroughly pleased with the purchase that I made from them. Working with Tara through the purchase was a pleasant experience. Tara also was extremely helpful is working through an issue of acquiring a second set of keys from a previous individual who was being difficult to deal with. We bought a $35k vehicle from them. It’s been exactly one year and we’ve had just about everything go wrong with it since the first month we had it. The first month we had to replace everything from the windshield wipers to the brakes and rotors. We had to service the transmission and it still has issues. The back driver wheel was bent and we had to have that replaced even though they claimed to have put new tires on the vehicle when we bought it. I purchased a car from them out of state. They were so accommodating to make sure the delivery fit my schedule. I ended up flying out to IN and they met me at the airport with my new car! I have been car shopping for several months looking for the right trade in value for my car and of course right vehicle, honestly I was a little sketchy about going to a small dealership but I am sooo shocked about how great this family owned lot is! I recently bought a car from Patton. I'm not going to lie I was alittle worried buying from a smaller dealership but this place was amazing. They are very nice people and lay out all the different options they have to offer for financing. I had a issue with the air conditioning after buying my car so they had me bring it back in and fix it free of charge. I would definitely buy another car from them in the future!
