Our two main guys - Anatoliy and Alex - bring a combined total of over 35 years of construction experience to your project. N&R Construction is your structural solution. We do framing, foundations, concrete work, and house-lifting and basement excavations for you. We are happy to work directly with homeowners, general contractors, or builders.
Before I started my own company, I was a project manager on some pretty big jobs for 16 years, so I know what I'm talking about. I really appreciate how Alexander is prompt in returning calls and giving pricing. He's good and thorough. He always double-checks the work and the crew puts in full, honest days.

As a new construction Listing Agent, I get to witness the real time 'oohs and ahs' as Buyers and their Agents walk through Open Houses. The resounding feedback is that N & R's work is far superior in quality and craftsmanship than comparable homes on the market. Hiring this contractor turned out to be one of the worst and costliest decisions I have ever made. The contract was for over $200,000 to lift the house and install a basement ADU. More than three months after the project was to be completed, I hired a lawyer to determine how to proceed given the poor quality work I was seeing and not knowing when the job would be done. Their standard contact language indicates payment to client of $300 a day for liquidated damages for each day beyond the contract end date. Based on the reviews and also on the information displayed on this business's website I contacted this business. The owner sounded completely disinterested from the get go and only asked "is this big or small project"? I explained that we were looking to replace all of the concrete (quite a large area) around our residence. His comment was, "So, it is a remodel. We are not interested". Wow! Their website lists remodels (and particularly concrete) as one of their main specialties and such a reaction was not something I expected at all. In addition to being brushed off

N&R Construction has provided great work at a very good price and stand out as one of the best contractors in Seattle. They do large and small jobs and are very creative at finding solutions in older homes. N&R helped us do a basement apartment remodel that looks great and is very functional. We love our new space. You really can tell that Anatoliy knows what he is doing.

I was referred to N&R by some good friends because I wanted to know who did their large-scale home remodel--it all came out looking so awesome. They delivered for us as well; professional, clean, polite, creative, and they know what they're doing. And they do everything!!
Our job included moving a door and frame, filling in the wall where the old door was, tearing up carpet and laying down bamboo in one room, creating a new attic entrance in our ceiling, and finishing a bathroom remodel that involved some plumbing work and tile. We are very happy with the results.

I highly recommend this company! We were in the middle of planning our kitchen remodel and had to fire the contractor we were working with. I called Alexander and he came over the same day to take a look at our situation. We were supposed to start demolition in two days. He and his crew came over right away. They help us demo, built some new walls, raised our ceiling, move water, gas lines and electrical. All in the time frame we need and within our budget! They were friendly and easy to work with. Our stress level went way down with our decision to hire N & R Construction!
