Seriously Stephen does the best work I have ever seen!! He puts so much HEART into his work!! What's amazing is he LOVES his job and absolutely gets so much from making his customers happy!! That's when you know when someone will be different from the rest and perform the best job possible!! It doesn't hurt he has crazy amounts of trainings and experience to back it all! Very disappointed. The Carpet Pros were referred to me by a family member and I had actually seen the work they did so I was very confident that I would receive great quality work. I made an appointment two weeks out and confirmed it by phone and text with the owner . We moved all our furniture and readied the rooms and furniture for the… cleaning appointment. Well, sadly, they stood us up, no call or text to cancel....just a complete no showed. I called multiple times to owners phone and the calls were ignored and never returned. Finally we had to give up and had to scramble to find another
