I visited surprise ford to order a new F150. Initially the staff seemed friendly and helpful until the order was just about complete. I made a simple request to get in writing that my truck would not be marked up for the “market adjustment” and no dealer add on applied. The salesman refused to give a written promise locking in the MSRP price so I canceled the order. I walked outside briefly to make a phone call and when I came back in the salesman was talking trash to a coworker about me and calling me explicit names. I had an awful experience and would highly recommend taking your business

John Williams helped me get into my new Ford EcoSport and I couldn't be happier. First time I've brought a brand new car and it was the smoothest experience I could've had. Every one was super helpful and patient with all of my questions. Definitely happy to join the Ford family!

This has to be the best Ford dealership I have been to. Very clean, the service staff was great, and they were very timely with my service. Prices were not outrageous, and even washed my truck (not the best job), so that was a bonus. I highly recommend this dealership if you need one in the west valley.

Made an appointment for 11 a.m. for engine oil and filter service. Arrived 15 minutes early and was not finished until 1 p.m. The cost for a simple engine oil service and filter cost $74.68. Not sure 7 quarts of oil and filter should be this high with labor. Used an oil additive without asking which added to the cost. Quality of service ok and service writer was pleasant to work with. Might want to check around for better pricing.

I was impressed with my service Agent. He got me an appointment within a reasonable time for my oil change. I delivered my car early and was going to have them take me home, but since they didn't have another car in yet, they were able to get my car in and out within an hour. I know that will not happen all the time, but it was nice to know they do not let their people be idol if possible. They had a car waiting and took it in. Thank you Surprise Ford.

Bought our T-Bird from them for cash. Signed a contract that they would fix the auto door locks. Called several times with no call backs. Six months later our car was finally fixed. Too much headaches & not worth the stress. Will purchase from any other Ford dealer next time & not Arrowhead Ford as I learned they are same owners. It's too bad as we were going to buy a Ford truck also but not from here. Customer service is very bad.

I called ahead to confirm the car I wanted was in stock. They confirmed it was in stock but told me it was in the showroom floor. I specifically told garret that I wanted to drive it. He asked if I meant today and I confirmed that was the case. So I drove 30 minutes to the dealership only to be told that I basically had to buy It before they… 'd take it out of the showroom. Garret should have had the basic decency to tell me that they wouldn't let me drive this car before I drove all the way out there. What a joke this place is. I would NEVER buy a car from this place. BTW it was just a

Surprise Ford reviewed concerns we had about our 2015 Mustang after
being in storage for several months. A wet spot on garage floor, we thought
was from the rear brake cylinder, turned out to be moisture from the exhaust. We were pleased with the attention to detail in reviewing our car after storage, including checking out all systems such as a right rear turn signal mystery. Finally, a nice car wash was offered and accepted. Great
first time experience.

So at first we thought we had a good experience. I mean finance guy and finance manager were kind of pushy. It wasn't until we got home that we realized they had been shady and snuck in the paint warranty and alarm which the sales guy had said was included. When we called them put on their being shady and asked to have them removed he said he couldn't do that. Which from all my experience with Bell Honda, I know for a fact it can be removed after the fact. So just be careful when they say something is "included" because it really isn't. They sneak it in on you. I would

I made a appointment for a oil change online and told them I was going to wait.
When I showed up at their Service entrance I had to wait 15 minutes for a service rep to tell me they are busy and it would be take hours to change my oil.
I told him they should not have taken my appointment if they were too busy to service my car. The rep didn't care.
I said I will bring my car somewhere else for service.
Too bad. I'm new to the area and was hoping they would be a good place for service.

Horrible business all they do is rip people off .
I brought a 2017 Dodge Charger with 48,000miles on it, it had 2 previous owners the guy said the car was worth $28,000, the car itself turn out to be worth $34,000. But when I put the car on Carvana it's only worth $19,486 please don't ever buy a car from any dealership because all they want is your money and it's sad.

Worst service experience of my life. I took my truck in for an oil change and tire rotation. The service adviser said that it would take 2.5 hours and I begrudging agreed even though they didn't mention that when I made the appointment. After two hours and twenty minutes I saw my truck being pulled into a service bay. I walked out and asked the mechanic if he was just starting and he said yes so I told him pull my truck out. He called the service adviser instead. The service advisor approached me and I asked him if they had done anything to the truck he said no and that I was told it would

Dan D picked up my call and he was incredibly responsive, no pressure and happy to help. This is probably the first time I've purchased a vehicle and felt great about the entire experience. He is no doubt a family man and made it a special experience for my daughter who was very excited to smack the gong and hear her name announced over the loud speaker. This is the kind of service that will bring a family in for generations to come. Great job Surprise Ford!

Surprise Ford is a terrible company and is ran by some of the biggest idiots and rude individuals. It started off in February of 2021, I needed a needed a new motor on my 2017 fusion with 61K miles on it, just 1K over factory warranty. Dealership did nothing to help. Ford assisted by paying 45% but left me paying the rest, I had to seek non-profit… veterans program to help with the rest. Apparently, Ford knows that there is a issue with the 1.5 liter ecoboost motor. After I got that replaced, a string of problems occurred, the turbo started to leak oil 2 weeks after motor was replaced, throttle

Dann Hogan and the Surprise Ford Team went above and beyond throughout the whole experience, and we felt welcomed and helped at all times in a process that can feel so overwhelming if not done right.

Dann was very helpful during the whole process, he was very insightful regarding the available units, and the available options, and at the end, we went home with an amazing unit.

I'm definitely part of the Surprise Ford Family now, thanks Dann!

STAY AWAY!! My husband and I both bought vehicles from this dealership August 2020. They added extended warranty's and GAP coverage to our vehicles. When we brought it to their attention they removed it and did are paperwork over. Turned out the Finance Guy and Sales person were running a scam to improve their numbers $$. Both were fired. NOW, they are refusing to fix an issue with my vehicle that they promised to fix before I would buy this SUV. There were 3 issues. They fixed 2 out of the 3 but the 3rd is a KNOWN ISSUE with the seat cushion in most all 2020 vehicles. If you want more

They mislead you with their price and then change the price after you already have financing and are ready to go. They won’t call back and I would work with anyone but Manny if you decide to go to them. They say they’ll hold a car for a down payment and then everything changes the next day. I WOULD GO A MILLION MILES BEFORE TRYING TO PURCHASE FROM THESE PEOPLE! Terrible service and false advertisement.
The price went from $34,000 to $40,000 overnight! Then they come back and say “I told you that already”

Went in today, believed we had a deal done with salesman Fred. Had friends with us agreed to price of $13K "out the door" on a little used pickup truck. We left to go to the bank to get a cashier's check for the full amount- Fred was aware we'd be right back. In the 30 minutes we were gone the GM disagreed with Fred and told us upon our return the the new price was $15K he turned and walked a few feet then came back and said the price was $16;748. We feel it was an attempt to bait and switch. Do not shop here.

They are great before the sale but once they get your money they don't care. Service is abysmal!

First service: They "forgot" to order the needed part. They didn't follow up and we had to call multiple times to get the repair completed.
Second service: Left dirty handprints all around the area they worked and they damaged the paint (chip)
Third repair: We made the appointment telling them EXACTLY what was needed. We took the truck and dropped it off at night then they called us the next day telling us they can't fix it and we have to find somewhere else to take it.

DO NOT BELIEVE IN THIS FORD. THEY ARE A SCAM. Please explain how a reputable dealership surprises you with an additional 2,300 in fees over the list price.

This dealership wanted to sell me a 17.5k car for 21.5k. and it doesn't have Certified pre-owned.

Yet another dealership has their vehicle listed at 20,000. And WITH FEES out the door comes to basically 22,000 and it DOES have certified pre-owned.

This goes to show you that they add in fees at the end to bait and switch. To their credit. They disclose the fees in the fine print....let's say that again. FINE PRINT.

I've tried to do business with this dealership multiple times over the years, not really sure why I went back this time. Usually we just get ignored and this time was no different.

We were car shopping a couple of weeks ago and noticed they had two used Escalades. So we tried one more time. We did get there late so I guess we were inconveniencing them. My wife had to go in and ask for a salesman and one finally came out. I guess he was new because it was an awkward exchange from start to finish, asking a lot of questions we hadn't been asked at any of the other places we stopped at

Everything was going fine in an attempt to trade my car for a used car. After several days back and forth emails I was informed that there would be a $3000 reconditioning fee assessed to my trade in (a 2019 VW). Its brand new.

I didn't trade the car but negotiated for the Lincoln removing the junk fees. They demanded the titling and licensing be done through their office even though my state is reciprocal for title. They did they title work but have backed out of the rest of the licensing.

These guys are complete cheats.
