After our veterinary hospital flooded as a result of the record-breaking cold weather last week, we were desperate to get the damage remediated and back to normal as quickly as possible. 911Restoration was the ONLY company that not only returned my call the same day, but was able to quickly respond in order to mitigate the damage as early as possible. Within two days of discovering the leak, the crew had all damaged areas torn out, fans in place and we are successfully on the way to put-back. I would HIGHLY recommend 911Restoration!

I had a pipe burst which caused damage to three rooms. My insurance company referred me to 912 Restoration and they were very prompt and efficient. Within an hour of my initial call, they were here. They worked with my insurance adjuster to get items covered for reconstruction that weren’t initially included in the claim. With the assistance from Jesus, Amanda and Angelica, I was kept well informed and felt extremely confident in their work. Very professional experience and would highly recommend this company.

Quality of work is decent, you can tell where they cut and patched the drywall, but it's not too bad. Price was fair, cheaper than my insurance deductible, although they never gave me a receipt. Downside...I spent days cleaning all the drywall texture overspray off my fixtures, sink, tub, floor, etc. I also noticed some damage to my laminate flooring after they worked in my home on a rainy day, the floor started bubbling where they worked/walked. They didn't wear any booties while in my home, they left it very messy. They were polite, punctual, and fast though.

My whole house flooded recently and I ended up calling 911 Restorations at around midnight. Within about 30 minutes I had two vans at my house and working. They left around 430AM and were back again by 10AM to remove the damaged flooring and open the walls. Jesus and Juan were great. They have all of the proper tools and equipment, worked nearly non-stop, documented everything as they progressed including checking the moisture levels of the drywall everyday during the dry-out. It started with a severe water leak in the upstairs bathroom. while we were at work for over 9 hours. When we walked into a disaster beyond our belief, we googled for help and, thank goodness, ended up speaking with Jesus at 10:30 pm. He promised to be there first thing in the morning. We were more than pleased to see he was a man of his word. Juan, Israel and Sergio were so wonderful in the mitigation and tear down. They were fast and cleaned up the area before leaving each day. We loved our experienced with 911 Restoration. Jesus was extremely helpful from day one. We had major water damage due to our master bathroom leaking into our living room. Our plumber referred them and Jesus and Logan were at our house within the hour to help us. Logan stayed and did all of the mitigation work and was wonderful to work with! We are also using them for the construction within our home. We cannot wait to see the finished product. They have been hand in hand with us from the get go and I am so pleased with their customer service!
