This was second roof Doug replaced for me over the last 14 years.. He actually came over to follow up on a shingle issue and noticed hail damage from a storm last july that i didnt even know it caused hail damage. he was so thorough and even took the time to get on the roof with me to show me what to look for as qualifyable hail dings. he is very knowledgable in roof damage and his crew were very thorough in completing the job to my liking. he helped me work with insurance company as well so the whole process was smooth sailing. Way to go Diamond Exteriors!

Diamond Exteriors came out and did a roof inspection for us with the recent hail storms. They were punctual and very professional. I was surprised to find that we did not have any damage and work was not created for the sake of starting an insurance claim. We will definitely use Diamond Exteriors for our future needs.

I was in the process of selling my home and needed some broken concrete roofing tiles fixed in order to meet closing deadlines. After getting the run around from a couple of other contractors, I called Diamond Exteriors. Diamond Exteriors sourced the discontinued tiles and completed the repair within 48 HRS. I enjoyed working with Diamond Exteriors very much after they replaced our roof. Gary was quite knowledgeable and continually checked on his crew to make certain that they were doing quality work. My only complaint was that they still to this date have not replaced the broken leaf guards in the gutters. Had they done that, I would have given them 5 stars.

Diamond Exteriors is truly a diamond in the rough!! In a world of too many choices, where it’s hard to find people who are honest and don’t cut corners, Doug and his team deliver. Even when the insurance company tries to cut corners and ask building inspectors to “look the other way” at being up to code, Diamond Exteriors will go above and beyond (TRULY) to ensure the work gets done, and is done right. Diamond Exteriors did an amazing job on my roof, gutters and windows! They were extremely helpful in explaining all my options and handling the hassle of dealing with my insurance company.
