I worked with Monte to do a roof replacement that required the removal and reinstallation of a solar system. From the very beginning, Monte was patient and professional, having to wait over an hour for the insurance adjuster. All throughout the process Monte kept things moving, working with the insurance company, coordinating the various aspects of the project, and keeping me informed throughout. It was great working with him and I'd recommend Integrity Roofing to everyone.

When we needed our roof replaced we checked online to see who we should call. Integrity Roofing lives up to its name. They did exactly what they said they would do in the amount of time they said. I had two roofing companies randomly stop by our home in recent weeks. One indicated that they flew a drone over my roof and the other briefly went up on the roof. They both told me that the roof was in horrible condition and that it needed to be replaced ASAP. They showed no pictures, said they'd work with the insurance company on our behalf, but just didn't seem credible.

I had an amazing experience with Integrity Roofing and Painting today. I spoke with Donna as my first point of contact and she was wonderful. Very sweet, knowledgeable and caring. She immediately got in touch with Ben and was able to schedule me the same day to look at a roof leak. I got an email with his information and picture to assure that I knew who to expect. Ben called within an hour and scheduled a time to be at my house and arrived when he said he would. Ben was great! Looked at the issue, told me what he thought it was and fixed it on the spot! My experience with Ben and the team was great. Ben provided a timely, complete estimate with all the upgrades I wanted. The guys were in and out in 3 days and Ben was here all 3 days till they were done. The roofing inspector just left and told me it was a good job, no issues. The office provided the paperwork I requested and warranty quickly. This was an easy process and I highly recommend Ben and Integrity Roofing for your roofing.

I had my roof replaced from hail storm damage that I wasn't aware of at first. I was recommended by my neighbor who is very thorough in checking out who he chooses to use and keeps his home immaculate. My claim process was very quick and smooth and my project manager Ben answered all my questions thoroughly and our meetings were very easy and convenient to me. I felt a genuine sense of care in the process and resulted with a good quality product. I would highly recommend and use Integrity again.
