Aqua plumbing scheduled an appointment with me, showed up on time, and performed the repair. They installed a water filtration system and pricing was very fair. I would am glad I went with a licensed plumber. Our previous plumber took our funds and never came back. For someone that doesn’t have any plumbing background, the plumber that was sent out walked me through what he was doing and made me feel comfortable with this company. I recommend Aqua plumbing to anyone in need of a plumbing service. This company gets a 10 out of 10. Thank you Aqua plumbing!!!!!

Too bad that I have to give them 1 star. Firstly, Artie gave me a "second opinion" quote on a previous plumber's quote. Said it was too high and that there was about $1700 worth if work, tops. Someone came and did the work (not even Artie) and only replaced HALF of the pipe that was cracked. Pulled a toilet upstairs, that was not even in need of repairs, leaving me with one working toilet in the master bathroom. While waiting to negotiate money with my contractor (???) he decided that there was more work that needed to be done without even coming back to my house but told the restoration company

Scheduled on Thursday for Saturday 8-10am. Shows up at 7:35am without a phone call, shirt untucked, arrogantly sauntering to my front door. I wake my partner, he looks at shower with leaking hot water, and then wastes 20 mins asking questions. I explained the problem when he arrived and that we have had it repaired before while he mansplained how intricate and difficult things can be in plumbing. He left at 8am to get "parts". When he didn't return by 9:30am I called the company and said we were done. 5 mins later another person from the company calls me and I yelled that for $131.00 an hour was

As a small business owner I am aware of the impact these reviews can have on a business and tend to not post anything bad but this story I have to share.
I called Aqua Plumbing to professionally repair/replace a leaky PVC Compression Coupling on a main line. The office lady (very nice) informed me of their rate $131/hour + parts; I agreed and scheduled the visit. The plumber arrived as scheduled did the repair and left. Here is the interesting part.
The pipe was already dug out, he just got the water out of the hole, tightened up the same compression coupling (did not replace it), spent 45 min

I found Aqua to be nice and friendly but less then honest or transparent.
When I sent up the appointment I was quoted a price of 130.00 per hr plus parts with no hidden fees but it turned into 350.00 per hr or 500 percent mark up on parts any way you look at it the total job took about 3 hours and 125.00 in parts if I purchased them a home Depot total bill 1200.00
At the time of service I knew that there was an issue the plumber himself wouldn't give me an invoice or an idea of how much I owed.
Personally I am not very handy but I could of have do the job myself in less time for a tenth of

Woke up today to a wet garage floor. Kelly helped me out and sent over Carmine. Let me tell you, if you want your problems solved Carmine is the man.
I had a leak thats been going on for quite sometime. Lots of rust and gunk around where the leak was.

I never write reviews unless they are positive. Today I called as I have been requesting some information for over a month and no one has responded. I was very polite in asking for help for a third time. The girl who answered was so rude. Just a heads up Aqua Plumbing....perhaps the young lady that is your first point of contact for potential customers needs to act a little more professional and a lot less like a brat.

This company is pure fraud. They do work without authorization or quotes - the only proof of work BTW was the damage done to my property. After the work was supposedly done, I kept asking for a price, which took a week (display of complete incompetence) then when I let them know that I had received quotes for half that price and was willing to work with them (even though legally they owe me money) I was told I owe nothing (which is in writing) then I get a bill emailed! This is just mind boggling that they are in business and not in jail. Don't call them for an estimate unless you want to

I was in the process of buying a house but due to issues found by the home inspector I decided to call a plumber to get more detailed issues with the house plumbing system.
My realtor called Aqua Pumbling who quoted at $150 so I met the plumber at the site. The plumber was very polite but after spending approximately 30 minutes at the site he states that the total charge would be $250 as they charge for the drive time. I did not argue with him so after he departed I called my realtor who called the office and after a few days she was able to

How do you rate sanity, that's what Kelly & Trevor just gave back to me! Our water heater broke on Labor Day & to make a long story short, it's NOT a DIY job let me tell you especially when the water heater you buy on your own is broken out of the box...there we were day 3 of no hot water at our wits end with our new water heater & we called Aqua; that's when Kelly stepped in, taking the reigns and stopping our nightmare Trevor came to our house this morning first thing and 2 hours later had the faulty water heater out, exchanged and new one installed up to code with

Terrible service; definitely will avoid Aqua again. Due to shower flood problem they replaced shower valve (ok) and discarded my old trim without permission (not ok). Said they would replace trim w/ Moen, but to date no trim replacement, so repair still unfinished. Several personnel changes there, tried to resolve this w/ Kelly last, she was rude & I asked to email me what Aqua was going to do about parts/ finishing the job. Called back to verify Aqua had my email address, but their phone suddenly not taking calls? What? Also, during repair Aqua reinstalled hot water tank on floor before
