First thing to do is to find the homes main shut off valve. The shut off valve could be neat the water meter or in the garage. With all plumbing emergencies, knowing where the main valve is important but not always necessary to shut off. If you don't know where the water is coming from right away, then proceed to the main valve to shut off.

From the people who answer the phone to the tech who came, didn't ring the doorbell and left - they're a waste of your time and when you push through their rudeness and incompetence, they'll quote you double what the competition quoted. Raptor Plumbing gets a 5 star from me.
My water heater broke and I called them out to come fix it. The tech was nice and thankfully it was under warranty. They had one in the shop and was able to get it installed, however it was defective and we went all night without hot water.
They gave us $100 off the labor charge and showed pretty early the next morning. Very happy with the service even though it was a bit of a pain having no hot water for the night.
I know they have some less than 5 star reviews but the service I experienced was very professional and I was very happy with the $100 discount

Terrible experience. I’m sure the will reply with some bs excuse but this company is deceitful. They would not even explain the damage when they were the original installers. Toilet was never fixed properly and this company lied, stole our money and did not warranty their work. Be very careful and proceed with caution with Raptor Plumbing

I find it unusual that a company, who advertises emergency 24 hour service, could not provide us with a service call for our broken water heater for almost three weeks. A water heater spewing water and a complete lack of hot water for daily use must not constitute any level of emergency for this company. Don't waste your time calling them. They clearly only want your business if you are a major home builder in Las Vegas.

Luckily our issue wasn't to big. We just had our house built and couldn't figure out why in the world all the water worked In the house except for the "cold" handle water in my bathroom. I was freaking out thinking OMG they didn't connect anything after all this, this isnt connected!!!! Raptor plumbing was the Sub contractor for a General Bad Contractor name DC Building who worked on 3 million dollar project for me. Not even two year, lots of thing broke which I fixed using my people. But this week the irrigation pipe broke under the back valve concrete structure. Its about 18 month old, the pipe broke, water pipe. I didn't care for the warranty but I called them anyway because they are the sub who worked on those pipes. I was driving down Ft Apache coming from Tropicana at about 4:30-4:45pm on 8/23. Your tech driving a Raptor Plumbing Van #12 was reckless with his driving. He was dodging in and out of traffic lanes, speeding, taking off on green lights, going off into the desert to go around cars and trying his best to get home, I can only assume, in Mts Edge. This is the biggest scam in Las Vegas! We had Raptor come out to our house to fix a leak in our front yard that our landscaper told us was a plumbing issue. The plumber wasn't here for more than a few minutes (even according to him) before he moved some rocks and found that the leak was coming from another pipe that was not plumbing related. I was told when I made the service appointment that there was a fee of $95/hour with a minimum of two hours plus any materials. Raptor Plumbing is efficient and honest plumber, my toilet had been backing up for 2 days and my tub got flooded this morning. I called Raptor Plumbing at 7:15am, by 8am they were in my house working, 50 minutes later the problem was resolved. It turns out my Grandson flushed his plastic Dory fish down the toilet and got stuck down the main sewer pipe. Raptor techs were very friendly and explained everything as they were working. Bought a new house at AmericanWest and the plumbing is through raptor. paid $200 pre-installed water softener pipes. the water softener drain pipe in the garage was cut all the way to the wall so there was no way to connect. there was even a hand-written "too short" on the wall.
i was surprised that it passed the CQ inspection. had to call warranty company and plumber came saying they didn't do it and questioned me whether or not it was me who cut it. I am very frustrated that some contractors/sub-contractors CANNOT do their job right the first time and find excuses to blame others

Raptor plumbing replaced our old water heater in a rental we have in Henderson. They quoted a fixed rate price and had it done in a morning. 4 months later, we can see that this new water heater will pay for itself in 2 years. Considering it is warrantied for 7 years and should last 10 years or so -this was a very good decision on our part. Thanks Raptor Plumbing - highly recommended!

If I can give 0 I would. This was the worst service I've ever had. I waited 2 days for a plumber to come and nothing. First day they said they were sending someone in the am. No one came. I called they said they had car trouble but no one called to tell me. Then they said someone will come out b4 10 am the next day and nothing once again. I called to ask what happened they put me on hold said they don't know... They're full of . Never again. This isn't a 24 hr service like they say.

After researching plumbing companies, we decided to use Raptor Plumbing to install a soft water system. They exceeded our expectations. They were on time, polite, and very good at what they do. I also had an odd smell that was coming from my washer machine and they were able to fix that as well. Raptor Plumbing was recommended to us from a friend and I would highly recommend them to everyone as well!
