This was one of the worst services we had so far. We had a technician come from CNJ through AHS to replace a kitchen faucet. The original faucet which was placed firmly had started to leak some water AFTER SEVERAL YEARS hence the need for replacement. However, this CNJ plumber replaced the nrw one in less than 15 minutes. I realized after he replaced, that it was very SHAKY and unstable. Before he left I called him back and asked 'why is it shaky? Our previous faucet was very firm." He said that's fine it's normal to be like that. NO IT IS NOT normal! It has been shaking ever since CNJ replaced

Company was sent by AHS to complete repairs to my showers, Toliet and hot Water heater. They caused hundreds of dollars in additional udamages broke everything they touched much worse than it was they were excessively aggressive and rude to myself and my Children

Horrible company, came to change valves and messed up my whole box and left a huge hole in the wall, and did not do a professional job. “Supervisor” called me back was disrespectful and does not have any customer service skills whatsoever. Do not use this company… it’s a rip-off

We had a great experience with this company! Our water heater busted and our home warranty company contacted CNJ Services to repair the water heater. Vince came out the next day to diagnose and made it so that our water could be on while we waited for a new water heater, which he came to install the next day (on a Saturday). Vince was very professional, arrived on time, explained everything well, and was honest with pricing (our Old Republic home warranty covered everything). He did great work! The receptionist was quick and friendly to schedule the service appointments. We are happy with service

The comments here are brutal, i'm glad to say I didn't have such a terrible experience with my water heater replacement. i had read the reviews before I made the call and was pretty skeptical but thought I'd at least give them a shot since they were contracted with my home warranty AHS.
Karen in the office was responsive and good to talk to, and the technician Vince was knowledgeable and good to work with as well. Vince came out and installed a new one and no problems with it so far. I had a pretty basic case though, electric 50 gallon tank with no water damage to surroundings so maybe that had

WARNING: Urging any potential patrons seeking plumbing servicing to read this review to understand the poor quality of service and even worse customer service with CNJ.
CNJ was selected from American Home Shield warranty company to perform a fairly simple shower faucet. In a 4 month period, the shower faucet remains unrepaired despite my several calls and emails.
Upon my initial contact with CNJ, I sent them detailed pictures in order to potentially order parts and save time. Although the office received them, they were never passed to the parts dept. or technician that came to service the faucet

CNJ services arrived at our house, Friday October 2nd, 2020 to replace a leaking water heater. We have a home warranty with American Home Shield (AHS), and they contacted CNJ to complete the work. I was informed prior to the install, that CNJ would required $505, prior to the service being performed. Our house was currently vacant, and I gave them the garage code to enter, and replace the water heater. Two days later, my husband went to the house to check on their work using the same key pad to enter the garage. Gas was spewing out, and my husband got in his car to get to a safe place to call 911

Absolutely horrible Service!
American Home Shield (AHS) sent this company to fix a kitchen faucet in our rental property. The guy broke our granite counter top and left the scene.
I called up CNJ to inquire about what happened. The lady on the phone informed me that the granite was already broken - which I disputed. Then she sent me the before and after picture. Those pictures actually proved that THEY broke our granite counter top. I have attached the befofe and after photographs to this review for reader's reference.
Meanwhile, our tenants were out of water in the kitchen. So, I hired a Granite
