I called HPS based on a good review on Nextdoor. Kenneth came within a few hours to give me an estimate. He was professional, knowledgeable, and seemed to know exactly how he would approach the repair of a leaky pipe in an awkward place. He came back the next day to fix the pipe and 2 other small repairs. I would definitely trust him again for repairs in the future.

This was our first time using HPS Plumbing, and we were completely impressed by the quick response and professionalism. We had a water leak and no water running in the office for the last 2 weeks I called HPS Plumbing and they sent someone over that same day. Kenneth was the technician he was very friendly and professional and fixed the leak in under 30 minutes. I definitely recommend using HPS Plumbing. We will continue using them for future issues. This was the second time we had Kenneth, from HPS, at our house. Once was for a garbage disposal install, this time was to repair a broken water line in our yard. Both times we have been very happy with HPS. Their quality work and professionalism are greatly appreciated.

Our water regulator failed and our water pressure was out of control. We contacted Kenneth and he came two days later to switch it out for a brand new one. Again, he is very professional and respectful, as well as knowledgeable about plumbing work. Outstanding service as always. Will definitely recommend HPS and Kenneth for anyone needing plumbing work done.

These guys are the worst. They stood us up twice while we were waiting for hours and they never bothered to call to say they were going to be late or weren't coming at all. There are some good plumbers out there but this outfit is not among those. I guess they have a lot of work, as they just don't seem to care.

I had a 40 year old non-standard master bath tub with Kohler fixtures. My plumber of 25 years gave up on replacing the old fixtures after doing half the job. Kenneth of HPS Mechanical took on the challenge. He came out three times and took pictures and measurements. He finally got Kohler to send the correct fixtures and he finished the job today. I want to commend Kenneth for his persistance and good work, HP s Mechanical is now my plumber of choice.

So these guys have their main office in Bakersfield,they have one plumber here along with one office girl.They leave the scheduling up to the plumber,I'm not sure what purpose the office girl serves.The guy is an okay plumber but should not be making his own schedule,the impession I get is there are certain jobs he'll do and the ones he doesn't want to do he'll just ignore you until you call someone else. Laughable

I had an excellent experience with HPS Plumbing.
Kenneth, the service tech, was clean, very professional, and did an excellent job removing and replacing two heavy, 75-gallon water heater(s) (and expansion tank, etc.) from a very tight elevated position in my garage. The price was extremely reasonable, and I am very satisfied. I recommend them, and will use them in the future.

I realize this business listing says Heating and A/C, but it's the same phone number listed for the city project, so here we are!
HPS is doing endless road work in our area of La Jolla. The guys and gals are generally nice accommodating, friendly, and considerate.Today was a big exception. Although the noise and construction aren't supposed to start til 7 am, their street sweeper started before 6:30 am, up and down the street at least a dozen times, pushing about a 1" layer of dirt around into a noisy dusty hell. It woke up my whole house of visitors on their last day of Spring
